Big Star went the extra mile to make sure we got the exact car and extended warranty that we wanted. She has continued to stay in touch and answer any questions I have. Also, I called the main Cadillac.com customer service (866-790-5600) for help with some infotainment help, and the representative I got (Sharon at ext. 5927276) was EXTREMELY helpful. Big Star Cadillac and Mark Mauricio have gone above and beyond by assisting me with two car purchases within two months. Kelly, in the Finance Department, went over every detail before I signed any documen beyond by assisting me with two car purchases within two months. Kelly, in the Finance Department, went over every detail before I signed any documents. I had several issues with the second vehicle after taking possession. I spoke with Mr. Mauricio, who kept me informed as he arranged for a loaner vehicle to be brought to my place of employment. My car was taken to the service department, and all issues were addressed. Mr. Mauricio texted me with updates and kept me in the loop. He also located the second remote and attached it to the first remote. He arranged for my car to be delivered back to me upon completion of the service requests. I would highly recommend Big Star Cadillac, Mr. Mauricio, and all the fine folks at the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing and/or servicing a vehicle. Took too long to service vehicle. Communication lacked from service. Bad experience with sales, finance and service. I have not had a good experience with your dealer at all would not recommend. I am unhappy that I was forced into a maintenance plan and now have to I have not had a good experience with your dealer at all would not recommend. The first service our keys were lost an employee blocked our car in and left with the key very unprofessional. Staff needs a lot of training to get to where you need in customer service to retain customers. Please do not call to apologize fix your internal issues and deliver what you're selling. More

Bobby Miller has been my Service Advisor since 2015 when I started bringing my Cadillac in for service. I purchased my 2nd one in 2018! Bobby is the reason I also the sole reason why I decided to purchase I started bringing my Cadillac in for service. I purchased my 2nd one in 2018! Bobby is the reason I also the sole reason why I decided to purchase my most recent Cadillac on 10/28/23 to “keep it in the family”, so I could continue bringing my vehicle in for service and maintenance to the same service center and have him as my point of contact! That’s over 8 years of loyalty to your dealership, when it was Ron Carter and now Big Star, all because of Bobby Miller! Lisa Velasco was my Sales rep to assist me with finding and eventually purchasing my most recent Cadillac. She was patient with me as I looked at various models, and didn’t pressure me to buy “a car”, but to buy the one I really wanted. She is excellent! Her demeanor and approach to working with prospective customers as engaging and compassionate. I also had a great experience with Ruben Cauton during the negotiation phase, as well as Kelly Wilson during the finance and contract phase! I didn’t catch the name of the young lady that walked me through the vehicle and helped me set things up in the vehicle. She was terrific. I am so sorry for not having that to provide, but Lisa can give you that. Thank you for making this such a wonderful process. I had to purchase a vehicle, much sooner than I anticipated, and they were all exceptional. More
