AJ helped me with setting up the financing of my new 2020 Forester. He assisted me while I waited for my salesperson Kimberly S to arrive at the dealership. I am a loyal repeat Subaru owner and am on my 4th Forester. I got my first one in its 1st model year 1998. I’ve been a SOJAX customer since late 1999. This is my 3rd one I purchased at SOJAX. I have always been very happy with the performance and reliability of my Foresters. In addition, the courteous and friendly sales and service staff have never made me consider or desire looking for another vehicle or dealership. I am always made to feel like a respected and valued customer. I can call with a question or walk into the dealership and they know me and always take good care of me and my vehicle’s needs. Being a female, it is also comforting to know I can generally expect and believe I am getting fair and honest treatment. Kimberly S.is great too. It is my 2nd Forester purchase with her and I felt well taken care of and not taken advantage of. I hope to be enjoying many years with my new Subaru Forester and will plan to continue to rely on SOJAX for all my servicing and routine maintenance needs. After purchasing my 1st Subaru, I never expected I would become such loyal owner to a brand and so comfortable with my vehicle. The SOJAX family makes it even more so. More

I can't stop talking about SoJax I'm always nervous about getting my cars serviced because I worry someone will make a mistake and not take ownership for it. For this reason, I never I'm always nervous about getting my cars serviced because I worry someone will make a mistake and not take ownership for it. For this reason, I never take my car anywhere but SoJax. I've had all my work done at Subaru of Jacksonville for the past 2-3 years. When they finish my oil changes, I always ask if it's ok to stay and finish mine and my daughter's favorite book that we always read there. My daughter begs to go to Subaru when we pass by. They have great snacks, drinks, coffee and tea. It's clear to see they must be really organized because they always have time for me even though a service center is a busy, high volume environment with huge responsibilities. They always have a loaner for me. I've had major engine work done on my Subaru twice and if there's ever been a problem after I've left, they bring me right back in and it's taken care of quickly. They must have great management at this store because I always feel that the people I work with are generous with their time and effort, that they are respectful, and that they appreciate and care for each customer. These qualities start from the top. Thank you for creating a healthy and happy work environment for your employees and customers SoJax. If there's any way I can promote you through our private school or through the local wellness center I work for, please let me know what I can do! More

The SOJAX team is unlike any other dealership's team we've worked with. We bought both of our Outback's from Jerry Johnson, an outstanding salesman. If only all our other sales experiences were like working with Jerry!! Russell Hyatt and his service team are top notch and go above and beyond every time we have questions or need service. Again, we wish all of our service experiences with other businesses were as good as the service Russell and his team provide.
