An unexpected event happened while my car was brough in for service. The service team and management went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of, and that all the issues were resolved t for service. I’ve worked for 3 dealerships and interacted with others. These are upstanding people who are fair and see each individual person and consider their needs with care. They’re honest. In service, I’ve worked with Danny Jr., Gabe, Russel, and Josh. All are good guys and it always feels like I’m the only customer in the world. They’ve never appeared stressed or in a rush to get to something else. They’re always present and able to answer questions. Their finance guy is a good dude too. Thank you all. More

What a super convenient drop-off and pick-up service Subaru of Jacksonville offers, and a loaner is a great bonus! I took my 2015 Subaru Outback in for 90K mile maintenance and to have a noise checked Subaru of Jacksonville offers, and a loaner is a great bonus!
