Samual Aljallad professionally handled every aspect of our car buying experience for a new 2024 CR-V Sport Touring, and trade in of our previous vehicle. He has a no nonsense/no 'xx' approach, and we wer our car buying experience for a new 2024 CR-V Sport Touring, and trade in of our previous vehicle. He has a no nonsense/no 'xx' approach, and we were able to come to a mutual agreement on the price and terms of the purchase. He was very thorough to explain every feature and setting of the vehicle, and has followed up multiple times since the sale. He even offered to come in on his day off for us to take delivery, if necessary. He presented an itemized breakdown of the pricing, which was easy to understand. Our dealings with Tom Aresenian from the finance dept were also excellent, and didn't involve high pressure sales tactics; as we have experienced at some other dealerships in the past. This is an honest dealership. We have been servicing our Honda's here for the past 8 years, and couldn't be happier with the service and sales at Herb Chambers of Seekonk. More
