I have recently joined the Smythe Volvo team with a strong background in customer service. What I enjoy most about my work is the upbeat energetic environment and the ability to diligently maintain customer satisfaction. Working with experienced, motivated management with high standards and expectations is refreshing in the automobile industry. I see myself behind the wheel of the Volvo S60 T5. The sporty styling is most appealing and as with all Volvo models, it boasts strong safety standards. Outside of the work environment I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, eating right and working out at the gym daily. I also love the beach, kayaking and spending as much time with my two boys as possible.

Jessica, Mark, Ryan, and Regina, went above and beyond to get my car repaired. They keep me in the loop informing me of what had to be done and explaining why it was necessary. Luckily I had an extended war get my car repaired. They keep me in the loop informing me of what had to be done and explaining why it was necessary. Luckily I had an extended warranty and prepaid maintenance covering my car for 10 years of ownership so it was nice to walk away with a $0 repair bill. When I arrived with my XC60 they were ready for me and my vehicle and greeted me in a polite and positive way. My problem was diagnosed promptly and the repairs were completed the same day. I was provided with a loaner vehicle and was able to complete my busy day and got my vehicle back at the end of the day. A good experience no doubt I will return. More
