We had been waiting for the Grand Highlander Hybrid for a long time and once we were allocated the car, I was nervous about the purchasing process since it was the first time for my husband and I. Toyota of Naperville made the entire process easy. We never once felt like we were being pressured into adding anything extra, and felt like Tom and the rest of the Toyota of Naperville team was being upfront and transparent with us which we deeply appreciated.
