"Love my new GLC"
I wasn’t sure if I was going to lease another Mercedes but after taking a look at my other options I’m glad I did. This is my third lease from Mercedes of Portland and I’m very happy with the service and my new car.
Always get it done right! Great repair expertise. They really know Mercedes. Chuck Haga and Adrian mechanic are great. You never know what you will get if you go elsewhere.

The scary part about buying a new car is learning all the new buttons & features! Dale did an excellent job explaining the features and how they work. He also had an inapt ability to tell when his 1 minute of attention span was up. I drove out to the dealership in my 2014 ML 350 BlueTec confident and feeling like I knew how to operate all the buttons! Good job Dale! In addition, I worked with Jodie for weeks looking for a very specific color and options. Turns out it was a unicorn, and we could not find one. I ended up getting the one I looked at in their dealership, and am confident it was meant to be. Jodie did a good job of providing service with out be pushy or opinionated. I really enjoyed working with her and feel like I can call her a "friend. Lastly, I worked with Mylee in the finance department. I initially choice the lease protection and added the cost into the contract. Changed my mind to just write a check for the amount the next day, and she gladly changed the paperwork and had me come and sign for the changes. On a scale of 1-5 for a rating... there needs to be a number 10. It was a great experience and I LOVE my new ML 350 Bluetec!!
