Michelle was very knowledgeable and friendly. Her professionalism and no pressure approach was greatly appreciated. Her help after the purchase was outstanding. She answered all my questions and explained features I was not familiar with. Finance Manager Thi Nguyen was very helpful and professional. She explained and gave me very good advice on different options. Of. all my experiences with purchasing a vehicle this time was the best. I'm pleased to say the service was just as good this time as the previous time. The service advisor was efficient, courteous, and listened to my concerns which were addressed during the service. The selection here is impressive, I found the vehicle I was looking for soon afterward, Sebastian in sales was extremely helpful and courteous. He provided options for purchase or lease and made it easy to decide which was best for me. We did have to wait for the final step of the transaction, mainly because of the number of people purchasing vehicles. Once we met with Winston, in financing, he explained in detail the final signing of the agreement accurately without delay.

We were very pleased with our experience in buying a 2026 Civic Sport Hatchback Hybrid from Honda of the Desert. Brandon was very welcoming and earned my trust when he said he chose to work at HOTD because salespeople don’t work on commission. I love that! I was Brandon’s first customer to buy a car from him via the Costco program. I highly recommend the Costco program if you’re like me and hate haggling. Luis, the financial guy, explained options but neither he or Brandon tried to oversell. In sum, I highly recommend HOTD and Brandon.

The engine wouldn't start, so I brought in the car I bought. The sales manager and service manager were very helpful and kept in touch frequently, which I was very grateful for and didn't make me feel uneasy. The only regret is that although I bought the car here, I couldn't get it repaired or have it undergo regular maintenance here, so I had to take it to an authorized dealer far away. I also haven't yet been able to get the full tank of gasoline that was promised to me when I purchased the car.
