What a fabulous experience. My daughter purchased her first car on her own. I was there to support. We worked with Gary, who been at Poway Honda over 20 years. First, he made us a competitive deal. That is all you can ask for with the high cost of automobiles. Second, he treated my 27 year old daughter as if she was his kid. No joke, That in itself was worth the purchase process with Poway Honda. I also want to through a shout out to Niki one of the managers. These two are absolute gems and took the stressful process out of the equation and made a memorable experience for my daughter. THANK YOU to Poway Honda, our second car experience with them. I recently took my 2012 Acura TSX to Diamond Valley Honda for routine service after receiving excellent service the previous time I took it there. I'm pleased to say the service was just as good this time as the previous time. The service advisor was efficient, courteous, and listened to my concerns which were addressed during the service. I will be going there again the next time my car is due for service.

We had a good experience in email with the sales agent, but did the final deal at the dealership. The sales people, the sales manager and finance were all very nice and easy to deal with. We were very pleased with our experience in buying a 2026 Civic Sport Hatchback Hybrid from Honda of the Desert. Brandon was very welcoming and earned my trust when he said he chose to work at HOTD because salespeople don’t work on commission. I love that! I was Brandon’s first customer to buy a car from him via the Costco program. I highly recommend the Costco program if you’re like me and hate haggling. Luis, the financial guy, explained options but neither he or Brandon tried to oversell. In sum, I highly recommend HOTD and Brandon.
