DEALERSHIP IS NO LONGER ALAN JAY, ITS SEBRING TOYOTA! BEWARE IF YOU ARE FEMALE OR ELDERLY: Made an appointment for my 82 year old mother to have her car oil changed and checked over. Hasn’t been serviced since my dad passed away last year. Goes back to pick up the car and her bill was $686.36. Not only did the change the oil and do a lot of other items she wasn’t told about, they stole her floor mats from her car and then claimed she was crazy and didn’t know what she was talking about. Very easy to see when she has a tan (misty gray) floor mats and comes back to get the car and has black USED floor mats in the car now. Hal the manager of the service department said she didn’t know what she was talking about and was crazy if she said there was misty gray mats in the car. He didn’t know he was on speaker phone and my mother and sister both could hear him. My mom went up to the dealership to confront him and he told her I was a liar that he never said that. She had a few choice words for him at that point. I then called up to the dealership to speak with the general manager who they promised was going to call me back by the end of the day. It’s now 4:30 and haven’t heard from him at all. Hal called and said they was going to order her the mats, after he told me all day they weren’t available. After I ordered them myself from the local Toyota dealership where I live and proved him to be a lair, now he finally ordered them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SEBRING TOYOTA FORMALLY ALAN JAY TOYOTA! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND STEAL FROM YOUR VEHICLE!

The customer service and environment at this dealership is phenomenal! I have only been using them to service my car for about 5 years and bought my last 2 vehicles there. This last service appointment there was a catastrophe. My cars engine stopped right after I left. A part had broken. The customer service for how they handled this was award winning! The receptionist, my service advisor, two mechanics and their boss reacted quickly and caring. I left questioning how that part broke but didn’t ask just appreciative that it was fixed without an additional cost and I got to go home. However I’m noticing a new sound in my engine that wasn’t there prior to this service being done. I have not contacted the dealership because I have a phobia the more I let everyone touch my car the more new problems it will have. But I hear that noise everyday and feel frustrated. I have left routine maintenance twice with my engine losing power because something wasn’t done correctly during service. They never get my tire pressure balanced correctly. It does seem they try to get as many cars in as possible which puts pressure on these technicians to work fast which could be a cause for these types of errors. We all make mistakes! But leaving my dealership for routine maintenance 4x for my car to have issues after seems like a lot. Once it was an engine setting. Once it was something not done to a new battery. I’m pretty sure when my brakes were done 2 service visits ago they missed a step because I mentioned they were squeaking to my service advisor this last visit and they haven’t squeaked since so they must have lubricated them. Then this visit some random piece broke a block away from the dealership after maintenance shutting the engine off.. I didn’t complain about all this before but the way a review is pushed I’m sharing my honest review thoughts. Again my service advisor Craig Berkowicz and all the staff have phenomenal customer service!!!! But the technicians quality of work needs work.i don’t like to be a complainer but I notice detail that will bother me.

I searched Fort Walton, Panama City, Tallahassee, Enterprise, Mobile, Montgomery, Birmingham, New Orleans and Jackson MS and found my used 2023 Subaru Ascent at Bob Tyler Toyota in Pensacola. BUT I HIT A HOME RUN when I got SAWYER MARTIN as my agent. WOW - who would think a guy at Toyota would have a working knowledge of a Subaru and better yet did not try once to convert me Toyota (maybe next time). This guy even came in on his day off to close the sale - convenient for me, but I suspect not so much for him, Ask for Sawyer - you won't regret what a blessing he will be!!

Mr. Jeorge Garcia went to great lengths to take care of a problem I was having with an extended warranty. My power steering pump on my Tundra was making a noise when I turned. I had purchased an extended warrantee at the time I bought the truck. The warranty people said that they only would replace the pump when it completely failed. I spoke to mr. Garcia and he said that he would talk to them and call me back. He called me back when he said he would and arrangements were made to replace the part. Which was done to my complete satisfaction. Marianna Toyota is a pleasure to do business with. I have purchased several vehicles from them over many years and have always been satisfied with the service. It is nice to do business with someone who really treasures their customers.
