Kudos to my MB Salesman of many years , Carlos Escobar (now in Finance) who took my call on Memorial Day Weekend when out of the blue my EQS 580 all of the sudden died when I went to start it - and to Byron one of the Maintenance managers who after 2 separate Towing Trucks from Roadside Assistance ( 3rd party providers and not MB operators) miserably failed to tow my car back to the MB dealership- Byron with Carlos on the line found me a SUPERMAN MB Employee by the name of Jose Cruz , who was on vacation at the time , left his family and came with his 2 boys on the tow truck , saw the situation where to pull back the car with a normal towing would have caused the concrete wheel stop to tear out the front fender, and Jose took out these metal contractions that he had on his tow truck and a star war like air pump and to the marvel of myself and people who had gathered to see what Jose was doing - Jose miraculously was able to quickly and safely do what 2 Roadside Assistance Tow Trucks had failed - which as Jose said there is always a way- so Amen to that and my sincere gratitude to Jose Cruz -for his commitment to Mercedes Benz and his spirit of a can do attitude and thanks also to the team named here, which goes to prove that when a business has an enlightened leader like Manager Mike Rodriguez the right attitude is contagious throughout the entire team - Sincerely - Willy A. Brady was our salesman on our first purchase and he was excellent and is now in the service department so we see him when we take the car in for service where we get the same excellent service. AJ was our salesman on our recent purchase and was also excellent, he insisted on my taking the car for a test drive even though I told him I didn’t need too since I already owned one but he said it was part of his job, He made sure I was happy with everything about the car and work with me until we came up with a price and payment that I was happy with. The wait for my car is usually long so I tried your service to be dropped off and picked up. He was very personable but I started to get uncomfortable...he kept using his phone instead of the onboard navigation and communication. I thought that was against the law now. He was awesome otherwise.

I must say Harvey is truly the man when it comes to customer service and supplying others with informative knowledge and comfort about cars. Although I had a slight idea of what I wanted, he helped me fully envision not only what I wanted, but what was best for me. He always and forever will be my go to salesman because it felt more like a ig brother givomg me the hookup. In fact, I’d even go as far to call him my plug. I’d advise any new or experienced car buyers to go through him because he is extremely honest and keeps it real with his customers. He speaks as though he’s not even making a sale, and he will shop with you if areas of just showing things and convincing you to get it. Is almost as if he was shopping for himself. Great guy 10/10.
