What could be improved : Some financial options have been me proposed at the least minute (guaranty extended...). I've declined because I was not clear and suspicious. Maybe if I had had these proposals in advance I could have been interested in.

Two days later I have a new car, all items taken care of, and couldn't be happier with the service I received. I just wish you guys were closer to my home so I could take my Jetta to you for service.
