I'm very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at the dealership. I'm always greeted with a smile and with kindness. They always take care of my car right away. Pat Sweeney saw to it that I was taken care of right away when I stopped in without an appointment because my brakes were making a vibration in the front end. Since they were booked up, Pat made sure that they took my car to get fixed, got me a rental car, got my car back within 2 days and it was free of charge! I thank you for such great service!

Hakeem was vey professional and informative with leasing a new vehicle. He was patent and tended to all of my needs. He listened to what I wanted and make sure I was provided the best quality service. I would definitely recommend other people to go to this dealership. On the hottest day of the year, I drove him crazy to find the perfect car for myself. He was going back and forth in the heat bringing me cars to look at. Hakeem is a great salesman.

I had a great experience at Paramus Hyundai of Paramus. My salesman, Lloyd, was wonderful. He gave me an excellent price and was friendly and courteous with no pressure. They were very professional and I actually didn't even go to another dealership. I hadn't bought a car in 10 years, so it was so much easier this time. Got "fare" prices online and they topped it!!! Lloyd couldn't have been nicer and he actually put a bow on my car since he knew it was my birthday! Thank you so much!

My Wife and I met Guy Harris when we walked in. We were very impressed of how professional Guy was. He knew everything about the car we wanted to purchase. We went for a test drive, and the way he presented the car before we left was really cool. He showed us everything. Everything from the console all the way to the tires. Sales and Delivery of my vehicle was GREAT!! Drove away same Day. Unfortunately it has been two weeks now and I still have not received my registration. Was informed by phone on August 16th. they received it and confirmed address. They stated it was mailed that day. Called on August 22nd. they stated it was not mailed but will go out today Now August 25th. and still no registration tags are expired!! Very poor administration department

Salesperson was awesome and did everything he could to get me into a car I wanted, and when things didn't work out at last second worked with finance to upgrade me to bigger car. However finance dept is sketchy. Contract didn't make any sense and when we went back to make sense of it we waited over 4 hours until the place closed to get a brief summary from sales manager

Davis' service department is awesome. The lounge is clean with wifi and coffee. The people who take care of us are professional and courteous. I never leave thinking I was over charged or was sold something I did not need. They advise me as to what to do.
Many dealerships are sexist. I have walked out of a few. Not here. I am treated with respect and am not "talked down".
