New car buying made easy! Our salesman Dennis B. was friendly, relaxed, and helpful. No pressure at all. Dennis answered our questions, showed us the ropes on our new CR-V Sport Hybrid Touring, and sent us off with a smile. Sales manager Jake B. introduced himself and tweaked the deal into a “yes” for our trade-in. James T. in the finance office expertly processed our paperwork. Friendly Roneillia H. at the front desk accepted our payments and made sure we had copies of everything. Honda of Mahwah offered us a generous military veteran discount, a low finance rate, and a great warranty. This is my third new Honda, going back to 1981. We know that their quality and reliability is well documented. Thank you, Honda of Mahwah team, great job by all. We love our new car!

Just picked up my 8th Audi from Audi of Princeton. Frankly, I can't imagine working with another Audi dealership. Dave Rojas (the salesperson), Larry Colleton (the sales manager) and the rest of the organization have figured out how to do it right - treat the customer with respect, demonstrate pricing transparency, and show a genuine interest in the customer's needs and desires. While I may have saved a couple of bucks going somewhere else (although I doubt it as the deal they presented was very reasonable), the overall experience of working with Audi Princeton is what keeps me coming back. Loyalty to the customer needs to be appreciated and Audi Princeton has certainly shown their appreciation to me. I have referred others to them over the years. Now, to devote the next few days of my time to figuring out all of the "bells and whistles" of my new Q6 e-tron!
