Robert was a great service advisor and I would recommend him to any Toyota owner. My car literally broke down in the sales lot 3 hours into a 16 hour car trip. Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed. He definitely went above and beyond throughout this whole ordeal.

He is easy to communicate with and when the car was delivered did a great job of showing all the features and answered all my questions and said to call or visit any time should any new questions or issue arise. Would highly rcommend Nick R for any one buying a new vehicle. Would also like to commend Erica in the finance Dept. for expaining all of the paperwork that needed to be signed in easy to understand language. Also, she did a great job of explaining all of the extra plans that were avaiable for purchase yet was not pushy and when we said no to some she honored my decision.
