I purchased a used Tacoma (as/is - no warranty) after having the truck over a month I went to use the 4-wheel drive because of snow covered roads and the truck just didn't handle like it should. I found an issue that could be causing the ill handling and contacted my salesman Jesse just to see if they could help with the issue. Jesse was quick with a response, and the dealership covered the cost for the issue with no hassle. When it comes time to buy or trade, I will be making the 4-1/2 hour trip back to Ken Ganley Toyota Akron.

Wanted to thank Salesman Dave Hall and the entire Toyota of Warren team on a very positive experience purchasing a used Rav 4 Hybrid for my daughter. From the moment we first entered the showroom to test drive the vehicle to the 2nd day when we picked up the vehicle everyone treated our family with friendliness and respect. Not once did anyone try to "sell" us the car, Dave spend time on the test drive and another hour when we picked up going thru every details with our daughter on the features of the car to ensure she felt comfortable with the vehicle. Our family (4 adult kids) have purchased over dozen cars and this was the most positive experience ever. We drove over an hour to purchase this specific model and would do so again without hesitation because of the positive experience.
