Abstain yourselves from doing business with this dealership, moreover buying a Toyota. I purchased a brand new Toyota and, 4 years later the paint started peeling off on multiple parts of the car. Ever since, it is been a battle with Toyota and the dealership to get my car repainted even when they submitted a recall about a defect on the paint sealing for that particular model. The recall included a warranty paint. When I took my car in, service manager Ian Hall failed to do an accurate estimate and did not include a pealed the size of a coin in the back of my car. Service manager, Ian Hall and Body shop manager Lisa Coleman have neglected to perform an accurate estimate and both of these individuals and the manufacturer having passing the ball for 4 months now. And, after posting this review I will get a response of “please reach out to this email address or phone number” that’s what I’ve been doing and everybody is absolving themselves from a defect on the sealing paint. I just wanted to post this to warn consumers about the incompetence of this dealership and its manufacturer. Never ever again will buy a Toyota.

I have been a long-time customer of Priority Toyota (Celica, 4Runner, Corolla's and RAV4). Always had a great experience until recently with a customer rep who seem new to me. My trim was lifting off my roof and I needed them to place it back into the chamber-waited two hours and was told I did not have a "wait appointment" and it would be awhile (I always make sure I get an appointment that they know I am waiting as there are only a few of these given to customers each day). This issue lies with training the call center service reps, not the mechanics! Any work that I have had done has been top-notch! Since being a Priority Toyota Customer, I have always been kept up-to-date of the status of my car. During my last visit I was sent an initial text and 2 hours later I was still in the "Welcome" stage of the app. I approached Christian and asked if I needed to take it to body shop, or to give me an update. Christian stated that they would probably need to replace the trim. At that point, I asked for him to bring me my car and then asked for the manager and thank goodness for Jose! I recommend that if you have a question to see him. Spoke with him about the situation and Jose asked for my car to be brought to the front, went out and placed the trim into the chamber that had lifted, but told me I did need to order the other side, so I did! I did not have any more time off from work and when the part came in, Jose asked that I swing by and the part took less than 15 minutes to install and I was on my way. I was not looking for any kind of special treatment, but my time off of work is money for me and when I feel I have done my part, scheduling the correct appointments, showing up on time, then I expect the same in return. Jose was professional and apologized for the wait and communication problem. Priority still has my vote and as I begin looking for another vehicle in the next year or so, you better believe it will be with them! Thanks, Jose!!

I brought my car in for what should have been a simple repair and made an appointment on their website. They kept my car all day, never updated me on the status -- I had to call three times during the day and each time they told me the tech had still not found the problem. The actual reason? They never looked at my car. I was told the first service guy went home sick and a second one was responsible. When I called the second time they told me he had to call the sick guy and he would call me back in 10 minutes. This was after they'd had my car for 8 hours. I waited 20 minutes and called again and was told the person who was supposed to call me had gone home. I got to the dealership 15 minutes before closing to just retrieve my car and they first couldn't find the keys then couldn't find the car! Took about a half hour before my car was retrieved. I then took my car to Koons Toyota in Tysons. Their hourly rate was significantly lower, they fixed my car in two hours and it's worked fine since.

I worked with Joe Davis. Friendly enough guy, but there were several times where I asked a question and had to follow up multiple times to get an answer. I got short answers or no response. I was told to download an app to be able to start the vehicle remotely, lock and unlock, check gas mileage, etc. That ended up being a short term free trial before I'd get charged for the service. I asked Joe for help/clarification, and 6 weeks later, I still can't get an answer. Hope he would know what information he is providing to people beforehand because he seems pretty unfamiliar. He did help me get exactly the vehicle I wanted, but it was quite a frustrating hassle with all the back and forth communication. I also worked with Zach who dealt with the financing. He tried everything possible to get me to buy a warranty, which I did not. He then began making rude statements about people who are "nuts" who don't get one, how outside influences made determinations within his office, etc, insulting my intelligence and ability to make my own financial decisions. Obviously must have lost a large commission on me, but treated a customer rather rudely.

Worst experience with a body shop I’ve ever had. 5 months of time to still be left with paint correction I’ll have to pay for out of pocket because I refuse to let them put their hands on my truck again. First trip in was 4 months of being told they were waiting on a windshield. Finally was called to pick up and there was more damage to the paint of the truck on the passenger side that wasn’t there originally, damage on the driver side they still hadn’t corrected, bad installation of parts, overspray on all windows and seals, left out snaps to hold seals in place and to top it off hadn’t even installed the windshield but definitely had already included in the bill. Fast forward another month and it’s finally ready again after they repaired all of the issues they caused. Now the badges are falling off and still hadn’t removed the overspray from windows or seals. Badges were ordered and a week later replaced now I’m left with paint swirls covering almost the entirety of the passenger side that I had not seen when I picked it up and paint swirls around every badge they replaced. Seal on passenger door was reinstalled poorly and leaked until I fixed it myself. Now after correcting the overspray on windows myself I’m still left with overspray on bed liner, over spray on almost all door seals, and a ton of paint swirls to pay to fix out of pocket. If you have a choice take your vehicle anywhere but here.

At the beginning we were presented with a quote that contained all the costs that made up the final purchase price, so it was always clear what the final cost would be. We were presented with additional dealer add-ons, but never were we pressured to consider them. Everyone we came into contact with was polite, positive, and helpful.
