Truly one of the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. 80% of the deal/sales transaction was done via computer and cell phone. I sent pictures of my vehicle and Angela sent me Gilbert’s offer. My local Ford Dealer, Sunrise Ford of Ft Pierce FL, offered me $27,000 for the trade and Gilbert’s number was over $31,000. Gilbert also does not force any dealer options on a buyer. Sunrise has three different options already applied and charge you $1,400. Between the trade number difference, the lack of any dealer options and $800 in lower dealer fees, I saved $4,700 with my purchase at Gilbert Ford. It was definitely worth the 40 minute drive to purchase my new F350. Angela was really a pleasure to deal with and Lee (sales manager) is a true professional.

Morgan was our sales person. Morgan was very easy to work with and was respectful of the fact that we had another appointment. We even told her we were going to another car lot to look at a different brand vehicle. After arriving on the lot we were on a test drive within minutes. Morgan stayed behind Said we could take the test drive. She just needed copy of our drivers license. When we returned we briefly talked about numbers. Moron ran the information past the front desk to see where we would end up at. Morgan then brought us a finance request. Was only one page just needed minimal information to get started. We left the dealership for our next appointment. After an hour and a half, Morgan called and made a little bit more information. Later that day we went back to the dealer and picked up our new car. After working with finance to complete the transaction, again no sales pitch. The only extra that we decided on was Gap insurance. Was a great experience working with Sam Galloway Ford Fort Myers on boy scout drive. If you get a chance, stop in and visit Morgan. She will do right by you you. Date of transaction '04/2025.

TAKE WARNING. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from here. It was anything but. I experienced 7 mechanical failures in 6 months, totaling almost $10,000. It is apparent that this dealership doesn't perform their certified inspections since 3 of the failures should have been found during the 139-point inspection. Their misrepresentation of this vehicle cost me significantly. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their failures shows their deceptive business practices. I would never trust a vehicle from this dealership to be reliable and don't trust this dealership to do the right thing by you. The GM, Brad Bielen, screened my calls and ignored my emails until i posted a review. After trying to resolve it with the dealership, Brad Bielen's only response was, "It seems as we are at an impasse.." You can do much better somewhere else. Think before you go to Matthews-Currie Ford. Don't put yourself in my situation, these are not the only vehicles around.

Very disappointed in my purchase from this dealership, I got $6k off MSRP, but there must be underlying reasons. I have had nothing but problems out of the vehicle since I purchased it, and the whole reason for buying a new vehicle is to not have these problems. First off, the week after I bought it, I realized that the wipers were misaligned and scratching the side of my window, had to take time out of my work schedule to go get it fixed. The 2nd issue and biggest issue is a big mechanical issue, every so often the vehicle misfires and is unable to drive, it happened to my wife the first time and we took it to get serviced and they said “according to records this has happened before”…they supposedly fixed the issue but 3 weeks later IT DID THE SAME EXACT THING!!! Now I have to take more time out of my work schedule to get it serviced and hopefully fixed before I contact the BBB… Makes me think there was a reason a brand new car is marked down $6k… very disappointing and will not buy from them again.

Bought a new F150 here yesterday. The entire process was very smooth. My salesperson, Jeff Shockley, was great! He was very personable, took time to address all of my many questions, and thoroughly went over the truck with me. The sales process was straightforward, my trade in was appraised fairly and also beat an offer from another dealer. My time spent with the finance manager, James McConnell, is worth mentioning because he was never pushy to upsell, gave me honest facts about the available products, and made sure I got fair pricing on everything. I did a nation-wide search on Cars app prior to setting up an appointment and already knew I was getting the second best price in the country on this specific model (2025 F150 Lariat Hybrid). When I factor trade value into it and an additional rebate they found for me, I left knowing I got the best deal. Thanks very much for a great shopping experience and most importantly for listening and being an honest broker in the car business. Highly recommend!
