The A/C on my 2011 Highlander stopped cooling. I left my vehicle with Lucas and was called back in a short time to advise the A/C evaporator was at fault and required replacement. I was aware this was a big job and advised Lucas to proceed with the repair. Two days later I was advised the repair was completed. My vehicle was retuned clean and A/C cooling like when I purchased it... Great service, fair price....Thanks Lucas and all involved in the repair.

It has been approximately 5 years since I started taking my vehicles to Germain Toyota to have my vehicles serviced. The tag team of Dameion Reed and Marco Quiroz are hands down awesome. Dameion has many years of service experience and is extremely knowledgeable and polite. As Dameion transitioned into a different role, his protege Marco has continued in his foot steps. Marco carries similar trates as Damieon. He advised me on what checks the technician was going to perform on my two vehicles and about how long the service was going to take. My vehicles were in for oil changes and tire rotations. My son and I were out of service with work completed and complementary car washes within a couple of hours, respectfully . Very disappointed. We spend a lot of money at Toyota. Always buy them, but this stops now. We have a blizzard white Toyota Highlander. The paint is peeling off the car. Toyota has a recall, but they do not stand behind this. Evidently there was an expiration, so I hope that your paint peeled prior to the cutoff date. I now have a car that is down to the metal and will rust away. I must pay out of pocket because they do not stand behind their paint job. It is completely disheartening. I am in tears over this. I take care of my car, and this should not have happened. I have a Toyota Highlander XLE. We have another Toyota Highlander as well. We have always purchased them due to the standards and quality that we believed these vehicles were and I thought the company held this standard. I am so deflated today. Wow!

When I'm looking for a vehicle I like to just be able to look and then alert someone of what I would like to test drive rather than having someone hover over me and try to sell me cars that I'm not interested in. Kawann respected that and gave me his card and said, "When you're ready let me know what you want to drive." I had no intentions on buying that day, but I did after I found a car that I liked. Kawann helped the entire process go smoothly and his manager, Clive, was nice as well.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. My wife found the perfect used vehicle online and called to check availability, pricing and trade values. Worked with Colin, the General Manager, and he put together an amazing deal and had everything ready for me when I arrived. No surprise fees and the car was in excellent shape, beautifully detailed and filled with gas. Both the salesperson and the finance manager made it a super easy and pleasant experience. Super easy and straightforward from start to finish. Drove almost 2 hours each way for this vehicle and it was totally worth it. Highly recommend these guys at Sarasota Toyota!!!

Finance Directer was the best part of the transaction. He knew we had to be at our granddaughters dance recital and he expedited the paperwork nicely. Even followed up on how the recital went. I was impressed with how he sensed the urgency of the moment. Sales manger was a bit deceiving. We were not ready to buy a new car however after visiting 3 Toyota dealerships 441 Toyota had the vehicle my wife liked and they pounced. The sales manager lead us to believe that our trade in was going to be wholesaled but 2 days after the transaction they are selling it on their lot for $2300 more than that they gave us for it. I went against every control I put in place when buying a new car and paid more than I should've, 441 Toyota did their job buy getting the most for their vehicle and giving us less for ours. Ultimately it was my decision to buy it so the culpability falls on me.
