My experience with this dealership has been a very pleasant experience! My sales consultant Rami was pleasant, profession, and efficient! I live in North Carolina and the dealership was in NJ. We spoke on the phone, he sent me a detailed video of my car, we made an acceptable deal, I went to NJ and picked up my car. I am 69 and have purchased many cars in my lifetime. In my opinion Rami was the best salesperson that I have ever delt with!!! No tricks, no games, just great service at the highest level. I will go back to this dealership when I'm ready for my next car!!! This dealership has nothing but the hottest and highest-level cars at the best price period!!! We recently bought a 2025 Camry LE from the Dayton dealership. Kevin initially helped us with our options including the test ride and the various technology details. His explanations were clear, he was transparent with the pricing options and very courteous. During our second visit (when we finally made our purchase) we were referred to Allan (Kevin's shift had ended). Allan was equally knowledgeable and thorough and helped us through the post purchase process. He was efficient and ensured that all formalities were completed as quickly as feasible so that we could be on the road with the new car. Before we drove off, he spent some time with us to explain the various functions in the car itself. Overall a big thank you to Kevin, Allan and Jason (financing) for a very smooth experience, frank discussions and a straight-forward process. Just picked up my 8th Audi from Audi of Princeton. Frankly, I can't imagine working with another Audi dealership. Dave Rojas (the salesperson), Larry Colleton (the sales manager) and the rest of the organization have figured out how to do it right - treat the customer with respect, demonstrate pricing transparency, and show a genuine interest in the customer's needs and desires. While I may have saved a couple of bucks going somewhere else (although I doubt it as the deal they presented was very reasonable), the overall experience of working with Audi Princeton is what keeps me coming back. Loyalty to the customer needs to be appreciated and Audi Princeton has certainly shown their appreciation to me. I have referred others to them over the years. Now, to devote the next few days of my time to figuring out all of the "bells and whistles" of my new Q6 e-tron!

Erick immediately replied back with a text set me up with an appointment the next day, and from the moment I walked in, made me feel very comfortable and assured me, I would walk out with a vehicle that I wanted.
