I recently purchased a 2025 Crosstrek from Seif. He was incredibly patient with me. I wasn't really sure if I wanted an Outback or a Crosstrek. He took me on several test drives and was never pushy. He seemed to genuinely care that I got the vehicle that suited my needs and my budget. I highly recommend asking for him if you have the chance.

Just want to take a moment to update my review. It took a bit to get connected, but Hannah in the finance department not only addressed the issue but went above and beyond to ensure that extra was done to earn our trust and respect back. The dealership is going to reimburse us for the cost of our windshield as well as 3 years of windshield protection. Hannah was the key player here who took the time to listen to my concerns and understood my frustration, then talked to the manager on our behalf. She understood how we felt and ensured that everything was resolved. It was beyond apparent that she values integrity and honesty and we are so appreciative.

Can’t say the same about your car salesmen/women: Suggestion: I was at the lot for 2 hrs I have been contemplating trading in my 2020 Pilot for a 2026 Passport. I even checked out the orange one in the showroom and the black one outside on the lot. No one approached me!! To be honest I probably would have been easy to convince!! Someone sent me a text later on but I had already changed my mind.
