He and the rest of the staff I interacted with were very hospitable. Jimmy in particular was eager to help, and answered my questions readily. I appreciated that he didn't try to push me beyond my budget or sell me something other than what I asked for. So far I'm pretty happy with my purchase!

this location's service department fleeced me out of over $800 on xxxxxxxx "maintenance". I was hesitant to pay it at the time but assumed the mechanic's recommendations were necessary. the guy "advising" me barely spoke to me and just texted me even though i was in the same room the whole time. go home to find out they just ripped me off. I'm definitely the stupid one for trusting these people. don't recommend anyone else ever use this place's service department, just go to a local mechanic.

Bait and Switch tactics. Usually you don't see this sales strategy with the advent of internet car shopping, but I guess some dealerships still think they can get away with it. Called about a used 4runner, priced just below average for the mileage and year. Glad I called first and asked about the "$749 Doc Fee, $395.00 Vehicle Theft Protection, $1,495 Resinstall Ceramic Technology." Which of course gets the total price above the market average. Apparently all of the fees are mandatory, no exceptions. Well, my business is optional so best of luck tricking the next person to pay for the cheap spray on ceramic coat.
