I scoured the internet for 2 years to locate the car that I wanted. Kian motors had the car in their inventory. I took a chance and called Layne Elrod at Kian Motors. Right from the onset he treated me as a close friend and not as a salesman. He made sure every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. He was not pushy but wanted to make sure that I got the right car for the right price. The process of buying my car, having it shipped from Texas to Florida, and finalizing the paperwork and payment was very smooth. all because of Layne Elrod. I have seven daughters and when it comes time for their purchase, they will be calling Layne Elrod at Kian Motors first. All the way a pleasurable and stress free experience.

AMAZING experience! We purchased a new car this past weekend at Nissan of Lewisville (which is under NEW OWNERSHIP). From working with Xris Turner-our salesperson, Vincenzo Marchiondo-General Manager, Kyle Rackets-Product Specialist, Bob-in finance and Greg Amos-the Owner Loyalty Manager…..was THE BEST car buying experience we have had. From the moment I walked in the door and was met by the receptionist until we drove off the lot in our new car, these people were friendly, caring, very transparent, NOT high pressure, and very respectful!!!! They made sure we felt comfortable each step of the way (even left with personal cell numbers should we have questions AFTER the sale)!!! They even walked us through and introduced us in the service department so we would feel comfortable when needing maintenance/service! We feel like we are now part of the Nissan of Lewisville Family!!! They truly rolled out the red carpet treatment (literally)!!! Do yourself a favor and stop by! You will not be disappointed!!!!
