I can't rate Justin Frey as I did not work with him-or at least I don't remember working with him. I worked with Carl the Product & Technology Specialist, Brian Machado and Brian Bladow.
The entire experience at Niello Volvo Cars Sacramento was made pleasant only because of the people with whom I worked.
Brian Machado, the Sales Advisor, patiently answered my questions and accompanied me on two test drives over two days; the second of which was with a friend. He is a trusted veteran and exceeded my expectations of how an Sales Advisor should act and react. I had not purchased a vehicle since 2005. A lot has changed since then, but calmness, product knowledge, patience and confidence without arrogance, all of which Brian possesses, still go along way today. As for the after-sale, Brian followed up with me as well as very nice and extremely fast in delivering the luggage cover that wasn't in the car when I drove off the lot.
Carl (I don't know his last name), the Product and Technology Specialist, initially greeted me once I walked into the dealership and introduced me to Brian Machado. Once I decided on my purchase, Carl made me feel like I was his only customer. He set me up on the Volvo App and guided me through the main features of the vehicle with patience and precision. His knowledge of the vehicles features was impressive.
Brian Bladow, the Business Manager, was as nice and knowledgeable as anyone could be. He even patiently waited until I was able to contact my insurance agent and helped me through the process. That in itself was extremely impressive. When I switched from the dealer warranty to the Volvo VIP Platinum warranty and had to resign all of the paperwork a few days later, he was just as cordial.
Speaking of the switch to the Volvo Platinum Warranty, Andrew Clark was extremely helpful and accommodating in making the switch to that warranty in Brian Bladow's absence.
