"Will not do the Quick Lane again. I was told that I was #3 in line and that was at 7:10AM. I was told they were short a mechanic and it would take a little longer than normal. I had a Drs appt. so I said I would pick it up in the afternoon. I called at 3:30 and it was not done. Just because I didn't wait on it I do not think that I should have been put at the end of the line. I only got my car at 5:15. Sorry but I think that is wrong."
