Mr. Price was extremely knowledgeable on the products and was able to show me the features and compare the differences of each of these vehicles. "This review is in regards to their service department. I worked with service advisor, Josh Hershey, who was empathic to my repair concerns and time line for having the repairs completed and the car back to me. He made arrangement for someone to drive me home after I dropped my car off, and since I was not able to come back to get the car when it was done, he had someone bring my car back to my home. Awesome customer service. The car was repaired correctly, the first time, and I had my car back when promised. A few months later, while traveling in another state, I had an issue with one of those repairs and had to take the car in to a different service dealer, who was less than thrilled to help me. I called and spoke to Todd, the service manager for Jack Demmer, asked for some help, and he took care of making sure the service dept. I was at, took care of the repair for me. Todd took the worry off my shoulder & by phone worked between the 2 service dept. to complete the repair and send me on my way happy. Customer service at it's finest!"
