"In 2025, I took a Boxster GTS allocation, did the build (gorgeous Gentian Blue, manual transmission), paid my deposit, and waited on my car to be built. Once it arrived at the dealership, and before I could come pick it up, they applied an overpriced ceramic coating without my consent and refused to remove the charge. I should have walked away and demanded a refund of my deposit. I was weak and too excited for the car. I am going elsewhere for my service and will never do business with them again (I also have a 997 Carrera S and this will not be my last Porsche purchase unless I die early). The purchase experience was absurdly bad it seemed like an after thought."

"To everyone reading these reviews, BE WARE of this PORSCHE DEALERSHIP. Be careful of this dealership and especially Adhan the sales man. I purchased a 2021 Cayenne GTS, high end vehicle that Akhan told me was in perfect condition needing nothing and was owned by some cereal guy to include was inspected / run through there shop in Dublin OH. I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state, I have driven the car less then 330 miles after getting it they started squeaking and found out it needs all new brakes. How can a car run through a state of the art Porsche dealership shop, pass inspection and need all new brakes in less 330 miles. So I escalated the to the General sales manager BILLY HARRIS which after explaining the issue in our first call now is not returning my calls after several attempt's. This is bad business especially for a High end Porsche dealership like MAG and bad management to not return a customers calls after several attempts. If looking for a vehicle I would stay far away from MAG"
