Honest as the day is long and very responsive. The day of purchase was a breeze unlike the typical hard sell finance people who try and renegotiate the structure of the deal at the point of sale. I purchased a 2010 Porsche 911 from this dealership in 2010 when the dealership was located on Highway 41. Since we have moved to Naples permanently from IN, I was interested in taking the auto to the dealership for it's annual service. It had be serviced annually in IN since I purchased the vehicle. I found the staff to be very friendly, especially Ken Miller and Henry Garcia. Henry took care of my needs and I appreciate his professionalism and expertise. I received excellent service and certainly will return the dealership for future needs. I also appreciate the PCA discount and consider that an excellent benefit.

Scott even sent somebody to the airport to pick up my son who flew in to drive the car away. These guys were not at all pushy, but straight up honest. Before going to the dealership I called to see if they had what I wanted...a new car, a certain color scheme. with very few other specifics.
When I arrived, they put me into a four year old car with 40K miles on it without disclosing the swap out. It was clean, but not what I had asked to see.
When I placed an order for a new vehicle instead, I was told they found me exactly what I wanted, and I trusted that the few specifics I ordered were included. Color scheme, brand new, and real Leather seats. I authorized the down payment by phone, and agreed to make the purchase without quibbling over their price. The day before I was supposed to bring the vehicle home, I pointedly asked about the seating to make sure it was real genuine leather. It was at that point that I was told it was synthetic. Really? Don't they listen? Sales said they made a mistake. I suggested they swap out the synthetic seats for genuine leather. This is done upon request at other dealerships. And since I had been told they had the exact car I wanted when I agreed to their price, they should have made their mistake right by me. The sales team asked me to come in to see how nice their synthetics are. No thanks. I ordered Leather. I was asked if they could have the boss call me about this mistake, and since I am so disenchanted with this bait 'n switch, I asked not to have him calling while I am preoccupied with more important issues today. Instead of honoring my reply, the manager decided to call and leave a one sided dissertation on my voiceail about why it was done. No apology. No corrective measure.
At this point I do not feel respected or appreciated as a premium patron. I have had great customer service in my life. This is not it. This experience reads like a primer of "What Not To Do To A New Car Buyer At Your Dealership" . Sorry, no sale.

I have an year old Macan and need a maintenance service,, when I called for an appointment, I was worried because I didn't bought it from them. Oppositely, they are treating me like a VIP. I want to thank you Charles, he is very professional & experience, he's not only did a great job on my car, he also very kind & considerate to arrange a driver to drove me to the town center to shop during the car service, Amy was nice & helpful for setting & follow up an appointment, Brandon was friendly & kept me conversation during the ride. There is nothing better than great hospitality that made the customer feeling they’re important, they worth more than 5 stars! 💯👍
Deceptive Sales Tactics - davew_333
I had been emailing with a salesperson at Porsche Melbourne for over a week on a CPO 2019 Cayenne where their site as well as other car sites (e.g. Autotrader) had the starting offer price of the vehicle at reasonable price. I have screenshots saved to show this.
After a week of questions & answers, I asked him to make me an offer given that it would be shipped from Florida to California, 2020 models are coming out, and it was month/quarter end. The day after I sent this question, the dealer site increased the price by $~4,200. After questioning this and showing my screenshots, he stated that that "I know we had an issue with our data provider and all of our inventory was priced incorrectly within the last week. The pricing you saw was in error and not correct".
Yes, there's a possibility of of his statement being true, but from my recollection, none of their other used vehicles changed in price - only the one which I am interested in. Also, if prices were wrong for over a week, wouldn't this be one of their top priorities to get fixed asap instead of a week?
In addition, after I asked them to honor the price, he stated that he forwarded my email/request to management - 2 days ago and no response.

I've lived in Orlando for over 12 years, and been fortunate enough to own a similar number of Porsches. Unfortunately for me (on this occasion) I am a big supporter of local businesses and i've made 3 mistakes dealing with this group in my 12 years in the area. Most recently I pre traded a car early to them with the agreement of trading against a future modal. They trade price was agreed upon factoring in the tax credit from one car to the next. After about 10 days I still had not received my equity check for my traded car so after a number of attempts to chase them the conversation took a turn for the worse when I was told that they had too, in fact hold my full equity in house. To my face I was told that all I had to do was sign paperwork for the future vehicle showing an inbound car and that my tax credit would be valid and that I would receive my equity check. To my disgust I was then told I had to keep my (6 figure sum $) in the dealers account until the new car arrived (in December/Jan). I was completely blindsided. And I WOULD NOT have pre traded my car in at that price otherwise. This is now strike 3 for this dealer and they will not see me again. You give all other AutoNation stores a bad taste for me.

Tried to sell me a factory car used for emissions testing with a bumper job done and they did not disclose this until we are about to sign the papers.
Moreover they told me that the car had 4 years warranty before I went to the dealer only to find out that the car only has two years left when I was reviewing the paperwork.
I asked to certify the car and give me the warranty they told, they asked me to pay another $3k.
Total joke, total loss of time.
Integrity is something the cars have, not this dealership.

Firstly, Andy was great, but I waited 90 minutes for a loaner. One cannot request a loaner in advance. I was charged $2100 for an oil change and spark plug change as part of routine Macan scheduled maintenance. I’ve owned many similar cars and never in my life have I seen such charges . Even the Space Shuttle costs less to maintain. Seek service elsewhere.
