A small favor goes along way - Kenny Zee
Kyle and Gunter have been great guys to work with in service for the past two years, and I think we understand each other quite well. Together we have been perfecting and restoring the '04 996 4S Cabrio, my first Porsche, They can see why I'd now rather learn and make my mistakes on a $32,000 Carrera, instead of a new GT-3. I can't insult the Marque I've revered since high school, by abusing a brand new GT-3. I respect the car and the company too much for that; and I have a lot to learn. Yet, this learning experience has been very satisfying -- I have to work to make it happen, and there are rewards, such as getting to know Gunter and Kyle. I now see them more as friends rather than part of some supply chain. We three agree on what's important and what's not. What else matters? Finally, I should also give a tip of the hat to Scott in parts. Word has it that he's the best parts manager in the east/south bay and I can only agree. I hope this helps.

Our check engine light came on. We had scheduled an appointment but realized we were going to be driving out of town. I called the opening day of the dealership and despite everything going on they said to come by
The problem was diagnosed but they needed a few hours to repair. They drive myself and my friends to the airport to catch a flight and lent my wife a vehicle to use for the afternoon
The service department was incredible

Family motors is a great place to purchase your next car - RSRDOUG
From knowledge of the automotive products to working out the details of purchasing the car of my liking. Family Auto Group is top notch. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Family Auto Group and the experience is always wonderful. Devin Cooper helped me as my sales professional from start to finish. Ernie Silva the sales manager worked hard to get me the trade in and numbers that worked for me. Ezekiel in finance literally bent over backwards to get me the best lender with the best payment options that fit my budget. I recommend purchasing your next car with Family Auto Group you’ll drive home with the car you’ve always dreamed of.
Adrian Jara & McKenna Porsche - BlackOnBlackPorsche
Excellent service all around. Was looking for a great CPO Panamera and did not have a lot of time to hassle with going in and haggling. Reached out online and got a hold of Adrian. He answered all my questions, was very responsive and made the entire process pretty seamless. Ended up getting the car and now just waiting for some upgrades to be completed on it. So far so good. 5 stars all around!
A pauper who received a prince’s treatment - Nsalcido
Came in to this Porsche dealership to buy a used 2005 Chevy Suburban. The sale was small beans for these guys, but I felt like I received the same care and attention from Matthew, Gio, and the rest of the team that they’d have given me if I’d been buying a new Porsche. Super relaxed and hassle-free process. They even detailed the truck and filled it up with a full tank before I drove it off the lot. Couldn’t be happier. I can only speak to the experience of buying a used car here - they seem to have a higher quality used inventory because of the area they are in - but if I win the lottery, you can bet they’ll be the dealership I go to for my new Porsche.
Robbie was very helpful - CPO Buyer
I can not imagine better information, support and help than Robbie has provided.
He is professional, knowledgeable and deeply committed to consultative selling rooted in the highest level of happiness. I would buy from Woodland Hill in the future in a heart beat.

Susan at Hoehn Porsche is the most honest and sincere service person I've ever worked with. I won't take my car anywhere else because of her.
Used Porsche Sales - Jack1234
I went to see a 2016 Porsche 911 Turbo S. Paul pulled it around, handed me the keys and said take it for a drive. What a great drive! Eric, Paul and I then discussed the warranty, service record and price. The next day I came to drive the car again and was greeted with the keys and a cookie. Once again, I had a great experience. I found a different 2017 911 Turbo S at another dealership and called Eric to get his view. He asked me a few questions and then recommended I buy that car. This is the best non-buying experience I have ever had at a dealership! I’ll be back...
Incompetent service staff - jn
I have taken my 2019 Porsche Cayenne to the service twice so far and found the staff does not know how to fix problems or properly work with insurance. The first encounter was to have my new car only a week old connected to the iPhone. The service person (Doug Nike) took the car and spent about an hour trying to make the connection work without success. Doug brought out my car and showed how he could not get the code to work and had no further suggestions. I give Doug some credit for being open and honest about his attempts. I took the car home, contacted the online service for the connection and they walked me through a successful connection. What had happened is the process for making the connection had changed and the service department did not know the new process for the 2019 models.
At that same time, I had also requested Doug to check on an upgrade that I would like to have made to my car, he took my VIN and contact information, he even used his cell for to photograph the VIN and my contact info. After three months no response!
My second trip to service Cayenne is for a windshield replacement. After trying to contacting the service department the previous day no one was available to take my call so I tried the chat button on the website. The person on the other end text to bring in the car the next day. Upon arrival the following day, the staff was confused and did not have any record of my chat and unfortunately, I could not locate the chat on my phone to show them. But why would I even have to prove I chatted with them! So after going over my service request, the staff person calculated a charge. I kind of knew that I would need to work with insurance but part of me was hoping to have the part under warranty. Now I know this would take working with my insurance to complete, but it what was most bothersome was the attitude of the service people. They seemed more intent on charging money then they were getting a new car that I purchased from them fixed.
I am very glad there are many Porsche Dealerships in the area and all I can say, for now, is that Carlsen Porsche will be the last dealership on my list to use.
Easy to do business with. Honest and straightforward.. - Renielynn
These guys are easy going, friendly, no pressure and very responsive and helpful regardless of what you are shopping for. We walked away from Marin dealership (closer to home) because they were everything but...
I will do business with them again if I get the bug for something new, having special ordered my 2018 MacanS.
Worst Customer Service ever, bad communication - carlosauribe
Took my SUV for the second annual this last September, after a week I went to pick up the car and one of the problems came back as soon as I got back home, took it back the following morning and told my former Service Advisor that I was going out of the country until October 10th and to communicate with me through emails but he never did until I replied to a follow up email for the first visit, yesterday I texted him to let him know I was coming to get my SUV and he confirmed that they were open until 6:00 PM, let him know that I was coming in the afternoon that same day, no response, sent another text at 4:10 PM and asked him if someone was going to be able to pick me up at the Millbrae Bart Station, no response, texted him back at 5:14 PM and nothing, tried to get a taxi no taxis in the area, took CalTrain for the first time and ended up even further from the dealership because of the trains schedules/stops, I called the dealership and the Service Manager sent somebody to pick me up, finally got my car back but switching over to a different dealer in Marin. Hopefully I'll have better luck there.
Quick, Caring & Excelent - Nabipour’s

We are so happy to go back to Porsche of Marin with same sales person
These guys are bad news - mizbicki
Shady sales tactics they added 10k to the quoted sales price then negotiated down from their inflated price. They claimed the price they quoted me both verbally and what was online was a mistake. I should've walked out but I got caught up in the moment. After purchasing the car there were a couple of issues that could have and should've been taken care of very easily but I found them not to be customer oriented, rude, condescending, incompetence and argumentative.I have had a lot of experience with Porsche dealers and they were all very positive. Can't say it about BHP.
Service Dept. Lacks Honest Communication with the Customer - AG2000
I am not the one to write a terrible review for anyone but this Prosche Dealership's customer service in the service department forced me to write this review. I have owned a Porsche Cayenne diesel since 2014, bought in Fremont but always serviced in Livermore.
My car was in the dealership this past Thursday for oil change and to add the 'Ad Blue' required for the diesel models. And today is Tuesday - my car is asking for Ad Blue again !!! So, I called the dealership and as usual with some excuse they could not come up with a straight answer. This is the second time this has happened. About a year ago, my wife took the car to the dealership for Ad Blue and instead of topping it off they added just enough (is what Kayla at the service department told me). The car barely went for 2 days and it stalled. The car had to be towed in. The second customer service rep in the service department - John - is always full of excuses on why they were not able to do something right the last time the car was in for a service.
Secondly, never upfront about charges! One oil change can cost $350 and another oil change could cost $650. Depends on what "Special" they have which you will not know until you are ready to walk out of the dealership.
I am done with the dealership. They are not getting anymore money from them!
Ridiculously Poor Services - mke123
I bought a Cayenne at Porsche San Diego in September this year, with the 2019 registration fee paid. In October, I received the bill from DMV for the 2019 registration fee (due date 12/22/2018), which means the fee was not paid. I contacted the dealership immediately for this and they said they will take care. From October to December last week, I contacted the dealership several times for this because I still didn't receive the renewal sticker and was even told it was paid. What a lier!! As of today, December 15, 2018, the fee was still UNPAID! I don't know what's wrong with this prestigious brand name "Porsche?" Do you need more than 3 months to pay the registration fee?
Purchase experience - TurboBuyer911
I recently purchased a 911 Turbo from Michael Stead Porsche. My sales rep was Ken Pardini. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The negotiations were friendly and fair. In fact, the starting offer for both my trade and the car price were right on the mark for what I expected. I highly recommend these guys. If you are shopping for a Porsche, you can't go wrong choosing Michael Stead and Ken.
Service Department and Service Manager don't care about you - Porscheguy88888
Service Manager, Vicky is not a good representation of the Porsche brand. From my interactions with her she does not care, at all, in fact seems to take pleasure in treating customers poorly and unfairly. I will not be having my Porsche vehicles serviced at this location any longer, and I my future purchases will also take place at another dealership.
I have been a customer of Porsche Stevens Creek since... - EJHarris
I have been a customer of Porsche Stevens Creek since 1987 when a company that I worked at went public. The CEO of the company bought a brand new 928 and I purchased a new Carrera Targa, Guards Red! What a beautiful car and even with purchases of other vehicles I kept my Carrera until this year when I sold it for a high resale price. I know going to a dealer can be expensive when you think you can probably get better pricing at a smaller shop and don’t get me wrong the smaller non-dealer shops can be very, very, good. At this time in the car business all repair shops can be expensive and highly technical to repair!
I now own a twin turbo 996 and I am writing this short blog to say my experience at Porsche Stevens Creek, a Penske dealership has been extremely pleasurable! I had some problems with my car that took some time to resolve but their service manager treated me like I was a Penske family member; he went over and above the call for service, and solved my problem above my expectations! I can truly say at Porsche Stevens Creek the customer is really first!!!! Thank you, Mike Squatritto, Service Manager Po-Porsche Stevens Creek you get the outstanding Service Award!!!!
