This Dealer is top notch. Starting from the Porsche Brand Ambassador Robert Tehrani. He followed up right away as soon as I requested info. He make sure I was in and out of the dealer quickly. Financing and signing the contract is fast it only took around max 15 minutes to go over it. They did not try to hassle you with extra stuff to add in to your deal. I will definitely recommend this dealer. Only thing with this location is very busy street and lots of traffic

As pointed out by Matthew and several other reviews online in this forum, I can only inform you stay far far away form there service department.
To cut it short, I had a bad experience, about a year ago, when I came in for an oil change, they forgot to add 2 quarts of oil. I thought maybe give it another chance a year later. Oh boy was I wrong.
Came back for some simple warranty work on the Macan with some common basic on this vehicle. 3.5 weeks later nothing got done for various lack of communication and service department failures. so ended up picking the car back up. I am pretty sure Costco across the street has better service then these clowns.
- They never follow up with you 0 updates.
- When a customer reaches out for an updates, the reply is I don't know.
- Can you call me back - never happens.
- They lie and don't' communicate any details.
- Argue with the customer
- Typical con-artist group who have been there way way to long.
Service advise #HannahGeorge, and general service manager #JimCurtis should be replaced. I gladly work there for free for a few weeks and clean up that poor management.
Its a a real shame that Porsche has this kind of franchise dealer with such clowns working there. The location has such a great brand potential.
My advise for anyone looking for service do look elsewhere there are several great independent Porsche dealers out there. The most accurate reviews for this dealership will start with the lower star rating.

I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering parts online from Porsche Burlingame / Rector Motors. They shipped incorrect parts which were defective, and they were in the incorrect boxes. Lawrence Alexander in the parts department, rudely responded that it was because I did not enter my VIN....It's a standard part for a Macan so wasn't necessary. After researching and sending him documented and photographic proof that it was THEIR error, or HIS error, he responded that he would send me a return label... Which he never did. He's stopped responding to my email. It's just a horrible business with a terrible employee. You would think being a Porsche dealer, they would not treat customers so poorly. Think twice before you do business with Rector Motors and their affiliates.

If you want to purchase a car online just go away. I offered to purchasee one of their car and waited days for quote while I was paying cash. They sold it to a walk-in person during the week-end. They just do not know how to make online business and formalizing a quote.
Deceitful sales tactics, horrible after sales support - philb7586
I was looking for a particular car in my area, but there were none available. An on-line search found the car I wanted at this dealer, but they are a four hour rive from where I live. I contact them and asked about the car and they said it was indeed what was looking for. I was trading in my old car and using the trade in value for the down payment on my new car. I already had a trade in amount through True Car which this dealership is part of so I only needed to secure financing and drive up to see the car I wanted and make the deal. I worked closely with the sales person to ensure everything was done before I made the trip. As I told the salesman, I will be very unhappy if I make the 4 hour ride and something prevents me from driving home in my new car. I has them sure financing for me and have everything ready so I could make the deal without spending a lot of time there. He assured me all was ready. Several days before I was to make the trip,I noticed a discrepancy between the pictures posted of the car I was buying and the description of the car. I called the salesman and asked him to verify which was correct. After my third call, I finally received a message from him stating that the car was in fact the one I wanted despite what the on line ad showed. When I arrived at the dealership after my four hour trip, the car I was going to purchase, the one they verified was the right one was not the right one. It was exactly what I told him I didn't want. I was livid. The salesman and the sales manager came out to apologize, and offered me the car at a discounted price but I refused as it was not what I wanted. After some discussion, I agreed to look at other cars that might be workable for me. They brought out 2016 Audi Q3 that met most of my wants but it had a few issues that we ended up working through. One was a cracked tail light, which my on line search told me was around $500, and the bigger issue was the sticker price on the car was nearly $5000 more than the on line price. They agreed to honor the online price so I agreed to buy the car. All of this took a considerable amount of time and I still had a 4 hour ride home ahead of me, so when I went into the business office to sign the papers, I didn't take the time to read every document. I was anxious to get on the road. The sales manager presented me with papers to sign, apologized again and said he was giving me a 36 month bumper to bumper warranty, and GAP coverage. All sounded good , I took the key of my new car and headed home. Fast forward 3 weeks later and it is impossible to find out any information about the tail light they owe me. I keep getting the run around from the salesman and no response from the sales manager. I did find out from the parts department that the tail light had not been ordered. I also found after careful reading of the documents I signed, that the warranty and GAP coverage that they said they were giving to me was actually adding $4000 to the purchase price and over $5300 as applied to the loan. I also discovered that the GAP coverage had so many holes, that it was doubtful would ever be able to collect if I had a collision. The same is true of the bumper to bumper they supposedly gave me which does not cover much including "Burnt valves, worn rings, engine compression, or any repairs for the reduction of engine efficiency". I have sent written demands for cancellation to the administrators of both plans. So BUYER BEWARE if you visit this dealership. Its dealers like this that give car dealers such a bad reputation.

The prices of the vehicles are very fair. I could not be more happier with the outcome. I never felt pressured to buy or to commit to a deal I wasn’t comfortable with. On the contrary I felt very understood and they catered to my wants and needs. I strongly recommend working with them for your next car purchase.
