TF - Tay Ferg! - THUANG
Porsche Riverside is the most welcoming dealer out of all the Porsche dealers I have been to. Not only is the office awesome, but the staff, too. Especially Taylor Ferguson. He will make sure his clients get taken care of. I would highly recommend this dealer and Taylor to anyone looking for their next new car!

The service at this dealership is out of this world. They go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer. Although, there was a part on nationwide backorder, they provided me with a nice loaner for over a month!

Great sales and service experience! - Happy customer
In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases.
Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche.
Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. DTLA Porsche service representative Irwin delivered Victor’s directives with organization and timeliness. The whole experience once again made other car brands and service pale in comparison.
Thank you, Victor and DTLA Porsche. Like the car, you put the driver and customer first.

I have had several Porsche's serviced at this location for over 35 years. They continue to be top notch with service, on-time, fixed the first time, and returned clean and spotless. There is no dealer with better service.

Superb experience - Love my Macan
My experience with Carlsen Porsche was superb thanks to Michael Lustbader’s efficient professional assistance in determining which options are most suited for me; as a single woman buying my first Porsche, Michael’s professional knowledge, ,respectfulness and patience are extremely appreciated by me. In addition, I must add that I enjoyed the individual attention that only finest boutique dealership as Carlsen Porsche could provide.
On the day of my purchase, Michael was not available, however, Jason Cruz also provides me with an excellent and patient assistance .
Deceitful sales tactics, horrible after sales support - philb7586
I was looking for a particular car in my area, but there were none available. An on-line search found the car I wanted at this dealer, but they are a four hour rive from where I live. I contact them and asked about the car and they said it was indeed what was looking for. I was trading in my old car and using the trade in value for the down payment on my new car. I already had a trade in amount through True Car which this dealership is part of so I only needed to secure financing and drive up to see the car I wanted and make the deal. I worked closely with the sales person to ensure everything was done before I made the trip. As I told the salesman, I will be very unhappy if I make the 4 hour ride and something prevents me from driving home in my new car. I has them sure financing for me and have everything ready so I could make the deal without spending a lot of time there. He assured me all was ready. Several days before I was to make the trip,I noticed a discrepancy between the pictures posted of the car I was buying and the description of the car. I called the salesman and asked him to verify which was correct. After my third call, I finally received a message from him stating that the car was in fact the one I wanted despite what the on line ad showed. When I arrived at the dealership after my four hour trip, the car I was going to purchase, the one they verified was the right one was not the right one. It was exactly what I told him I didn't want. I was livid. The salesman and the sales manager came out to apologize, and offered me the car at a discounted price but I refused as it was not what I wanted. After some discussion, I agreed to look at other cars that might be workable for me. They brought out 2016 Audi Q3 that met most of my wants but it had a few issues that we ended up working through. One was a cracked tail light, which my on line search told me was around $500, and the bigger issue was the sticker price on the car was nearly $5000 more than the on line price. They agreed to honor the online price so I agreed to buy the car. All of this took a considerable amount of time and I still had a 4 hour ride home ahead of me, so when I went into the business office to sign the papers, I didn't take the time to read every document. I was anxious to get on the road. The sales manager presented me with papers to sign, apologized again and said he was giving me a 36 month bumper to bumper warranty, and GAP coverage. All sounded good , I took the key of my new car and headed home. Fast forward 3 weeks later and it is impossible to find out any information about the tail light they owe me. I keep getting the run around from the salesman and no response from the sales manager. I did find out from the parts department that the tail light had not been ordered. I also found after careful reading of the documents I signed, that the warranty and GAP coverage that they said they were giving to me was actually adding $4000 to the purchase price and over $5300 as applied to the loan. I also discovered that the GAP coverage had so many holes, that it was doubtful would ever be able to collect if I had a collision. The same is true of the bumper to bumper they supposedly gave me which does not cover much including "Burnt valves, worn rings, engine compression, or any repairs for the reduction of engine efficiency". I have sent written demands for cancellation to the administrators of both plans. So BUYER BEWARE if you visit this dealership. Its dealers like this that give car dealers such a bad reputation.
Mina was amazing and extremely professional - Penny
All the work was done correctly and on time. The shopping experience was profession and extremely fair. They understand what it means to gained a customer for life
Ridiculously Poor Services - mke123
I bought a Cayenne at Porsche San Diego in September this year, with the 2019 registration fee paid. In October, I received the bill from DMV for the 2019 registration fee (due date 12/22/2018), which means the fee was not paid. I contacted the dealership immediately for this and they said they will take care. From October to December last week, I contacted the dealership several times for this because I still didn't receive the renewal sticker and was even told it was paid. What a lier!! As of today, December 15, 2018, the fee was still UNPAID! I don't know what's wrong with this prestigious brand name "Porsche?" Do you need more than 3 months to pay the registration fee?
Service Manager is an insulting con-man - Peter
Second time I have brought my car in for service, all warranty covered, and both times the service manager has tried to charge for fraudulent non-existent work. When questioned to explain, he becomes arrogant and insulting, and contradicts his own staff. NEVER NEVER NEVER take your car there for service, unless you enjoy being ripped off.
Escalating for investigation for FRAUD - Patrick Ward
Arash Malek the sales associate and Jeff Kagan the manager of Beverly Hills Porsche schemed and lied to take my money. Mid-March I reached out for a Mahogany Porsche Cayenne for all cash sale, and was greated by Arash who brought up and insisted his dealership did not care to sell the vehicle for any purpose, including that of to export. I was assured I would receive a title within a week or two and the transaction was quickly processed and the vehicle purchased. We are nearing end of May and not only have I not received my title, the dealership is ignoring me and hanging up my calls that do get through. I do have all emails and text messages documenting this dealer's fraudulent sales approach. Selling a vehicle and refusing to furnish ownership rights/title of the vehicle is illegal. I will be escalating to BBB, multiple review platforms to raise awareness and Porsche Cars North America Inc. and if need be, the Attorney General of region in which dealership conducts business. I will get to the bottom of this.
Service dept - Marcos
This is based on the service department only. Went in for tire repair and was told I needed four new tires and the tire could not be repaired. Went elsewhere and they fixed one tire. Lost a little bit of trust in this encounter. Another time I was booked for recall on my 2014. They booked me and did not have the part. They recommended I still come in for service which I would not do as I only needed the recall fix. Second questionable move on their part in my opinion. I know get serviced at outside at independent auto repair shops as well as outside tire stores. Also, lots of time on hold, no answering on phone call etc.
Incompetent, rude and thieves. - MacanDriverDC
I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering parts online from Porsche Burlingame / Rector Motors. They shipped incorrect parts which were defective, and they were in the incorrect boxes. Lawrence Alexander in the parts department, rudely responded that it was because I did not enter my VIN....It's a standard part for a Macan so wasn't necessary. After researching and sending him documented and photographic proof that it was THEIR error, or HIS error, he responded that he would send me a return label... Which he never did. He's stopped responding to my email. It's just a horrible business with a terrible employee. You would think being a Porsche dealer, they would not treat customers so poorly. Think twice before you do business with Rector Motors and their affiliates.
Purchase experience - TurboBuyer911
I recently purchased a 911 Turbo from Michael Stead Porsche. My sales rep was Ken Pardini. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The negotiations were friendly and fair. In fact, the starting offer for both my trade and the car price were right on the mark for what I expected. I highly recommend these guys. If you are shopping for a Porsche, you can't go wrong choosing Michael Stead and Ken.
I have been a customer of Porsche Stevens Creek since... - EJHarris
I have been a customer of Porsche Stevens Creek since 1987 when a company that I worked at went public. The CEO of the company bought a brand new 928 and I purchased a new Carrera Targa, Guards Red! What a beautiful car and even with purchases of other vehicles I kept my Carrera until this year when I sold it for a high resale price. I know going to a dealer can be expensive when you think you can probably get better pricing at a smaller shop and don’t get me wrong the smaller non-dealer shops can be very, very, good. At this time in the car business all repair shops can be expensive and highly technical to repair!
I now own a twin turbo 996 and I am writing this short blog to say my experience at Porsche Stevens Creek, a Penske dealership has been extremely pleasurable! I had some problems with my car that took some time to resolve but their service manager treated me like I was a Penske family member; he went over and above the call for service, and solved my problem above my expectations! I can truly say at Porsche Stevens Creek the customer is really first!!!! Thank you, Mike Squatritto, Service Manager Po-Porsche Stevens Creek you get the outstanding Service Award!!!!
