My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

My experience working with Anthony Picozzi at Porsche San Diego was fantastic. I inquired about a yellow 911 which when I went in to see the vehicle didn't quite fit the bill. A month later I got a text from Anthony regarding another used 911 which they just acquired. I was shock he actually remembered what I was looking for in terms of options. He set me up on an excellent test drive route but unfortunately we weren't quite able to close on the price. I ended up purchasing another 911 out of state but my sales experience was stellar and when it's time for the next 911 I will definitely seek out Anthony Picozzi -Eric
