I left you a voicemail and thought that I would send you an email as well, all while trying not to be a nuisance. Thank you for submitting a review of your recent experience at our service facility. Your 5 star ratings for a number of our team members is greatly appreciated. Your overall 3 star rating with your comments is also greatly appreciated. I want to apologize for us putting you in the position of being less than completely satisfied. This was not our intention, no excuses. As you probably know, we ask for feedback through many different venues because we truly want, and need to hear the voice of the customer. It is our greatest resource when it comes to evaluating our ability to deliver the type of experience that every Klaben customer should expect and deserves. Leaving you with the perception that we did, is not only frustrating for the customer, but it is frustrating for us as well, given the amount of coaching and counseling that we conduct on a regular basis. Your comments have been shared with the entire team, and the members of the leadership team will be tasked with addressing your experience internally, in the appropriate manner. The leadership team must also determine the root cause that created your perception of our lack of attention, and fix it. And we will.
