I recently had the chance to test drive a BMW at a dealership in Torrance, California, and I have to say, it was quite an experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They didn't rush me at all and took the time to answer all my questions about the different models. When it came time for the test drive, I hopped into a sleek 3 Series. Honestly, I was a bit nervous at first, but once I hit the road, that all faded away. The car felt solid and responsive, and I could definitely feel the power behind the engine. The ride was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was inside, even at higher speeds. I loved the tech features, too. The infotainment system was pretty intuitive, making it easy to connect my phone and play my music. Plus, the visibility was excellent, which made navigating through town a breeze. Overall, my test drive experience at the BMW dealership in Torrance was really enjoyable. I left feeling excited about the possibility of owning one of those incredible cars. If you’re considering a BMW, I definitely recommend taking one for a spin! Thanks

I had a very positive experience, working with Vlad at BMW of Sherman Oaks. We came up with a reasonable price together and then I was able to complete the paperwork and be out of the dealership by early evening, which is not normally the case at most dealerships. I appreciated Vkad and as well Ali in finance. I would recommend working with BMW of Sherman Oaks over other BMW locations.

I visited the parts department and purchased a Valve - Fggutierrez1

I visited the parts department and purchased a Valve Cover ($500) and I installed it (I am professional automotive technician with 10 years of experience) after a few miles of driving the vehicle starts smoking, I performed a visual inspection of the engine and found the valve cover leaking. Spoke to the parts manager and he said warranty protocol is to bring the vehicle in to the shop that way one the of BMW technicians could verify the warranty. Brought the vehicle in cause am 100% it BMW was going to grant my warranty. Nope, the technician said it was a pinch gasket. SMH. I didn’t want to argue and paid the diagnostic fee $240. I bought a new OEM gasket from the same Dealer, installed it and the Valve cover is leaking from the same spot as before. After $800 or so BMW has failed to warranty me a Valve cover that’s defective and lied that it was a pinch gasket. I’ll give them a 0.

We continue to work with Stefano at Bob Smith BMW. In over 30 years of owning at least one BMW Stefano is truly the BEST to work with. We currently have three from Stefano but we have had others from him too. Bob Smith is blessed to have such an incredible man. My entire family absolutely loves Stefano. This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am an active duty service member and was on deployment a week from coming home, and was talking with the sales associate Matia who told me that there were no pending sales or offers on the BMW I wanted. So I told him I wanted to pay in cash via wire transfer that day and I would pick up the car the following saturday when I arrived back in the States. He said the only way they would hold the car is if I financed it through them so he would make a commission on the sale. even though I did not want to finance or run my credit because I offered to pay in full I had them finance the car just so they could hold it for a week while I was coming home from deployment. I received a message from Matia stating good news! you been approved and sent me the banking information to wire them the deposit for the car. Later that night he sent me a message saying do not wire the money yet, there is a deal pending and then they sold they car right from under me after forcing me to finance when I didnt want to and asked me to wire them a depoist. They are very untrustworthy and dont care about their customers or United States Servicemembers.
