Sons first putchase My 19 year old who is in OH for college decided to trade in his Crosstrek for an Audi S4. I wasn't crazy about the idea but it was time to let him do My 19 year old who is in OH for college decided to trade in his Crosstrek for an Audi S4. I wasn't crazy about the idea but it was time to let him do his own thing. It was a 2011 with 98K miles on it and he bought it as is. Again, not what I would have done but it's his call. Less than 48 hours later he was spewing smoke from the car and had to have it towed back to the dealer. Obviously he was distressed and nervous (as was I) that this happened and whether or not the dealer would fix it. My son spoke with the manager and after they looked the car over they told him they would fix the problem at no cost to him. Having had 2 terrible experiences with car dealer's (and one excellent one) I was extremely relieved that they did the right thing. My son is happy, the car runs great and he had a learning and good experience with his first dealings as an adult making a purchase. I want to say that EVERY instance that we have had to interact with merchants in OH has been above my expectations. While I was not there for the sale I did speak with the salesman and he was courteous and polite....just like everyone else I have met in the Cleveland area. I want to thank the manager for making things right and for making my sons experience a good one. Andy Tolbert More

Great to have a charging pad for the phone but it is behind the cup holders and you need to move your waters to get at the phone, and it holds only one phone. Yes the passenger can plug in but there's no where to set the second phone. More

The car was pulled into the garage, detailed, and filled up with gas before our arrival. This is a huge bonus for me because most dealers anymore are lucky to wash the dirt off let along fill it up with gas. We were treated so well and I would definitely go back again! More
