Renato Delatorre in the sales department made my experience at DCH Paramus Honda an absolute pleasure! I came into the dealership with negative equity on a used SUV, wasn't sure if I would be able t experience at DCH Paramus Honda an absolute pleasure! I came into the dealership with negative equity on a used SUV, wasn't sure if I would be able to get anything for it. I met Renato and immediately was given first class attention and service. Renato was very honest and to the point. He not only ate up all the negative equity on my used SUV, but even better, he worked with me until I got into a brand new lease at a very reasonable price! I felt so at home with Renato and DCH that I almost didn't want to leave the dealership at the end of the day. My advice to anyone who is hesitant about going to a car dealership, to give DCH Paramus Honda a chance, ask for Renato. More

David Kim and Paul Park. They were different from other dealers in any other brand shops. It was my first time to lease a car, literally the first car in my life.
