Joe greeted me at the door on a Sunday, listened to exactly what criteria we needed in a certified pre owned car and had it on the lot. I test drove it that day and the deal was done by Tuesday. I was given the wrong sales price when i agreed to lease the car. The correct price was not revealed until the day i went in to pick up the car. A month after i have the car, the dealer calls me to let me k the car. The correct price was not revealed until the day i went in to pick up the car. A month after i have the car, the dealer calls me to let me know the wrong bank rate was used when i signed my lease contract and that i have to go back in to sign new papers. It was a mess. Never seen a dealer so unorganized. More
