I came in to check my Multi function display for my 2009 prius. It was working most of the time (95% of the time), but after diagnostics , it never worked. I paid $177 for diagnostic. You guys are a rip off. Last time I was told that I had a bad Engine gasket leak and was given an estimate of about $4000 to fix it, which is quite equal to the value of my car. I showed it to 2 different mechanics in my area and they said there was no leak. This was about 6months back and I have no issues with it till now. I guess you guys try to extract money as much as you can by scaring them or by giving higher quotes. More
