Willy was a tremendous help with helping us purchase our new vehicle. He called and texted me a thorough video of the car before I made the 3 hour drive to the location. I tried to get thru to service for nearly 2 days to get my car in. My husband finally got ahold of someone to get it in at the end of day 2. Day 3 they worked on it and never called and said it was ready. my car in. My husband finally got ahold of someone to get it in at the end of day 2. I'm shocked BMW doesn't come in and insist that they be replaced. More
