Oil changed on Friday. Left for trip on Wednesday when the skid plate came down and was dragging along the interstate. Pulled off and went to nearest garage. Based on my most recent experience, it would be 1 star. Average rating of prior and current experience is 3 stars. - Accuracy - Incorrectly charged due to, at best, incompetence. I have been refunded about 94% of what I was overcharged and assured the balance will be remitted. - Inconvenience - the sales rep advised that the “DocuSign guy was not in the office”. Absurd. Overall, a waste of time and money on a simple lease buyout and, just as important, nobody cares. More
