High marks to the dealership and to my salesman Tim. We had ordered a new Bronco Sport in May through another dealer and no fault to that other dealer, but the date for our car kept getting pushed back. We had ordered a new Bronco Sport in May through another dealer and no fault to that other dealer, but the date for our car kept getting pushed back. I reached out to Tim who had some incoming vehicles that ft what we wanted. He paired us up with one almost entirely identical and put a claim in said vehicle for us. 2 weeks later we get the call the vehicle arrived and we made our drive to the dealership to test drive and check it out. Aside from the test drive time and general conversation my wife and 2 young children were in, and out with our brand new bronco. Tim is super efficient and kept the process moving along. The dealership staff helped keep things moving as well with zero holdups. Awesome experience More
