Hybrid Car Lease I was totally impressed by the ease of turning in my 2016 lease and getting in a 2019. Not the Best I’ve been to the Klaben Ford service center quite a few times for regular maitiaince and oil changes and the last two times have not been the best. Th I’ve been to the Klaben Ford service center quite a few times for regular maitiaince and oil changes and the last two times have not been the best. The maintance on my car was done quickly and efficiently, but the staff was less than friendly. I worked with Joe who is normally very good but this time it just seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered and had better things he could be doing. I brought my car in for an oil change and mentioned a problem I had with my transmission to which he answers there was nothing they could do today and I’d have to bring it back. Before I could even ask again he had walked away. The employee who brought my car back from the car wash mentioned the problem is been having (shaking when the car switched from 1st to 2nd gear) and asked if I knew about it. He was very helpful (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) and went and found Joe so I could schedule another appointment. Again, Joe seemed like I wasn’t worth his time and it just made the whole experience less than pleasant. I just found it odd that I’ve dealt with Joe a few times before and never had an issue. More
