I appreciate Maita and the professionalism of your staff and efficiency of your services. I do question why the recall work took a 6 hour timeframe when actual work didn’t begin until the last hour accordi and efficiency of your services. It was very good experience to get new Camry from Maita dealership. The Sales Manager who worked with me for this transaction was excellent. I told her what interior/exterior color I like and she immedia dealership. The Sales Manager who worked with me for this transaction was excellent. Absolutely the worst service! It started with a pleasant phone call where I was told was asked if I would like to schedule a free oil change for of being a loyal customer. I sched It started with a pleasant phone call where I was told was asked if I would like to schedule a free oil change for of being a loyal customer. I scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm on May 30th and I get there about 10 minutes early. The first guy greets me and tests my tires and tells me they are still good. I move up the line and park my car. I get checked in by whoever is helping me and was told my service shouldn’t take any longer than 1.5 hours. Great. So I’m sitting waiting and 2 hours pass and I’m still being patient because I know things can take longer than expected and mind you I have not heard anything from anyone at this point that my car needs anything changed. I usually get checked in and receive texts updating me with the service but I did not at this appointment other than the text to confirm my appointment prior to the appointment date. Then a lady walks up to pay her bill and she looks at me and says wow this is the fastest I’ve ever been in and out here and I casually asked her what time her appointment was and what service she was getting and she said 4pm and that it was just for an oil change which is same as me. At that point I am furious and it was about 4:45pm and I’m sitting here thinking how she was in and out when all I needed was an oil change too. So at about 5:30 pm when everything is nearly shut down, the parts department had already closed and most of the service technicians that are at the desks were practically all gone for the day. I got up to the counter to ask for an update on my car. I was asked what car was mine and asked me if I saw it outside and I said no it’s not and he looked so confused. He said let me go find out. He comes back and makes a face like oh xxxx we messed up. He says I’m so sorry that you have been waiting this long for your car and then follows up with wait it looks like your vehicle is done. When I turn around they didn’t even bring my car from the service area. My car was parked behind the wall where the tire signs are! Did you even work on my vehicle that it was just sitting there this whole time? I was so frustrated and mad by the time they brought my car to me because I was late for other things I had planned I just signed the paper work and left. The next day which was Saturday 5/31 I start getting text messages from Toyota saying my car was checked in and they will let me know the progress of my vehicle once they start working on it and I’m like xxx! I’m not even there anymore and I’m barley getting these!? Then they send me a bogus picture of my vehicle which they clearly pulled from a prior visit because the VEHICLE WAS NOT THERE! So they finish by texting me their recommendations mind you on Saturday when my vehicle is not there and then funnily enough I get a call that following Monday from Toyota repeating hi this is so and so calling with Toyota service department, for being a loyal customer we would like to give you a complementary oil change and I’m like ummm CLEARLY THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT I WAS JUST IN IF THEY HAD IN FACT WORKED ON MY CAR (which now makes me doubt even more that they did anything in the first place) and I figure this is a good time to vent that I was very frustrated and started my whole speech and the girl interrupts me saying ma’am I’m only a scheduler so what I’m going to do is give your number to a manger who can help you with this and I said thank you and fast forward 2 weeks and have not heard one single thing from them! I will not be taking my car back here! Awful customer care! More
Came in for an oil change the Thursday before and come to find out they never did the oil change. I had to then have a new appointment and waste even more time on the following Monday just to get it done. My find out they never did the oil change. My oil change is already free so I didn’t care about any of that but some sort of compensation for wasting more time and mileage on my car should have been offered. I didn’t care enough to mention it but i definitely think something small would’ve went a long way because after that experience I do not feel like I was valued as a customer at all. More
