The hood support was broken and during the last service the oil pan protection was screwed on poorly and repairs were needed. You have to wait 3 hours for a regular oil change, in any other service it take the oil pan protection was screwed on poorly and repairs were needed. Our longtime Service Advisor Norbert had to leave so he asked Bryce to step in. My wife and I were both very impressed with Bryce for his overall knowledge and his great customer service.
