Very poor customer service. I took my 2024 Ridgeline for an oil change and tire rotation, and rear differential oil change. My 2 year service pass agreement was still valid but they told me they could not honor it for the oil change and tire rotation and that I would have to pay for that service. The service advisor said she would run it and maybe they could accept it. When I went to the cashier after being texted that my vehicle was ready, I had to pay for the oil change and tire rotation and discovered they did not change the rear differential oil. When I asked why, the cashier called the service advisor over. The service advisor said the vehicle’s maintenance minder did not say it needed to be changed so they did not do it, completely ignoring my request for it to be done and without consulting me before deciding not to do it. The service advisor said don’t worry about it, your vehicle is still under warranty. If I had not wanted that service done I would not have asked for it to be done. I called the Honda office in Atlanta, GA and they told me the tire rotation and oil change was covered under my service pass agreement and I should not have had to pay for it. I have called the dealer several times this week in an effort to speak with the service manager regarding my service experience and he has refused to return my calls.
