Mitchell Nissan and their team have always surpassed my expectations. Joy Gibson always picks up my car from my work and takes it in and the service department does their magic and keeps it running great and also cleans it up. It is totally amazing. I really appreciate the fact that they communicate with me during the service to ensure that everything is done that I expected and they let me know what service is upcoming so I can stay on top of it. And then they send me a notice when it's time. In the busy world we live, this is a great relationship! She kept me posted throughout my stay, explained everything clearly, and gave precise instructions for the follow-up appointment. I loved being able to book online — super convenient — and the text alerts and reminders were a great touch. The shop is state-of-the-art, spotless, and the waiting area is top-notch with great amenities. It was also impressive seeing two salespeople close deals with service customers — clearly trained and intentional. It’s rare to see that level of coordination between service and sales. The other staff, I am sorry I can’t remember his name but he drove me to get my rental was very kind and friendly as well. Dawn at the rental center was truly amazing as well. Brought my car in to get body work. They broke one of my taillights taking it out. After parts delays to get the bodywork done it took a week of sitting in a parking lot before they even touched it for paint. I received the car back with the taillight misaligned. The battery was dead (had no issues with it before whatsoever) and I had to get a new one. No i’m not changing my review, don’t call me, take it on the chin buddy.
