The best car buying experience we have ever had! Frank Bravo was the first to approach us and he was very helpful and attentive to what we were looking for and helped us to purchase the right car. Buying a car is a long process, but Frank always made sure we were doing well through it. I cannot remember the Finance gentleman's name but he was wonderful too! We were going to look at other dealerships for other cars that we might be interested in, but we stayed the course with Frank and don't regret one moment of it. We went home with a 2025 Buick Envision Sport in Smokey Amethyst and absolutely love it! When we are ready to buy our next Buick, I sure hope Frank is still working there so we can purchase from him again!

North County GMC has had my van for 10 weeks with no resolution. They damaged the vehicle’s wiring and still haven’t repaired the cluster unit. When I came to pick it up after 7 weeks, the battery was dead, the vehicle wouldn’t start, and wiring for multiple electrical components was hanging out from under the dash and around the vehicle — with no explanation from the service writer. I’ve had to initiate every contact myself, as they’ve provided no updates. I raised all of this with the service writer and general manager over a week ago, but still no response or resolution. This van is a daily driver for our family, and their lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! This was my first and last time leasing a GMC. I leased a new car that began to leak transmission fluid after owning it for a few days. We took the car in to get it fixed and they had it for over a week. When I took it in to get fixed they told me "I think the factory workers were being lazy that day and didn't torque the bolts right". So somehow this car managed to make it through quality control without them catching the defect in the transmission. Due to the car being in the shop for 7 days the dealership set up a rental car but when I arrived there was no rental car available. When I went to speak to my salesperson (Jeron) about my concerns he walked in the office smelling of marijuana, not to mention when my salesperson (Jeron) was selling me the car he was cursing profusely in front of my two small children. When I asked to speak to the general manager he gave me a song and dance about how they couldn't help me. My wife and I persisted and he said the owner of Alexander GMC would call me. What I got was a call from the general manager La'mel who pretended to be the owner. He told me he couldn't do anything to help. Then when I told him I was scared to have my kids in that car he told me a story of how he had a car problem once, as if that was going to make things right. Also, when I asked about what interest I was going to pay they told me "there is no interest, since it is a lease". What they didn't tell me was they were charging me interest under a different name (the name they used was "rent"). With all that said, this dealership didn't lift one finger to make right on this deal. This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I've ever dealt with. So save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A CAR from this place. They are not transparent whatsoever when writing lease agreements and hide extra fees. They allow their vehicles to leave the lot with major defects that are a safety hazard, and they are difficult to reach via phone and unhelpful.

Just recently purchased a used Buick Encore and needed to have the AC checked for a possible leak and had an additional warranty. I was shocked to see so many people working in the service department and how clean the work areas were. Anyway, Hong Nong walked me through the process of getting all the information needed and advised me depending on the issue you shouldn't have to pay for this with additional coverage. Anyway, they needed the car for about half a day, and he helped me get transportation back home. They cost more for the work to be done but I believe the work gets done right the first time and they will go out of their way to help the customer without pressure, just suggestions for work needed. Ask for Hong Nong the next time you go in. Tks Rob

We had a deeply disappointing experience with Allen Cadillac. During the purchase of our new car, we were misled and misinformed regarding critical safety features. These omissions have caused immense stress, especially as my wife is about to give birth to our third child. Despite our repeated efforts to address these concerns, the dealership has refused to take responsibility and continues to ignore our safety issues. Transparency and honesty should be fundamental when selling vehicles, especially when customer safety is at stake. Unfortunately, this dealership has failed in that regard. I strongly advise any prospective buyers to exercise caution and reconsider before purchasing from them.

What should have been a premium buying experience turned into a nightmare due to their abysmal customer service and complete lack of accountability. From the moment I drove off the lot, my car had issues that any reputable dealership would prioritize and resolve. Instead, Casa de Cadillac has given me nothing but excuses, unfulfilled promises, and dismissive attitudes. They seem more interested in covering up their mistakes than fixing them. The service department is not only unhelpful but also rude—they lie about repairs being completed and refuse to acknowledge ongoing problems. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. For a dealership representing a luxury brand, their standards are shockingly low. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere—Casa de Cadillac is not worth the headache.

I liked the fact Moe kept in contact via text due to at the time our personal lives were very busy. Moe was patient and understanding about what our neees were and what we were looking for in a truck. The people in the back office were very respectful of our time and some of the pressures and stress of purchasing a vehicle where not there. I will be back again for the service department and I would most definately buy another vehicle here.

I cancelled both Hummer EV reservations and the dealer is supposed to return my deposits. They never did. Then I am told only Paul Hendry can issue it. Several voicemails and emails later, no response and no reply to email and no refund. Not an ethical way of dealing with folks.
