When they took my car for service, they sent me a video tour from inside of the maintenance facility, showing me exactly what they were doing. I can’t say enough about how great my experience was at this dealership. The amenities and facilities are super modern and comfy. I’m already looking forward to my next service. His promptness in answering questions (texts) from me has to be commended. He has knowledge about BMW products & is willing to share that knowledge. He is an asset to BMW of Roseville - he has become my go to person regarding questions on my X5.
