Tony and Jocelyn, staff are professional and will do their best to make things right! Had the recall notice for my QX50 while it was in their care for transmission service. They notified me there was a recall and installed new engine (zero cost). Additionally, they got me a huge discount on a new transmission. The car is like brand new!
