First Oil & Filter Change for new 2018 Santa Fe Sport Turbo - Ernie
I will give the Service Center my recommendation because of the personnel that I interacted with. The Service Advisor, Jordan Sandell, was excellent. My comments have nothing to do with him.
That said, from the very first phone call to the Service Department, the woman that took my call and scheduled my oil & filter change, Noel, was also advised that I had a couple of other items that I felt needed attention. My rear view mirror was a little loose and needed tightened. Plus, I thought the front parking sensors were not working. Come to find out, my model does not have sensors as it has the front camera. My mistake! When I scheduled the appointment, I thought I was also going to get these two additional items checked out. As it turns out, with an oil & Filter change, there is not enough time scheduled to diagnose and repair other issues. I was informed that I would need to make another appointment to have these items handled. Well, as it turned out, both issues were handled. The mirror did need a little tightening , which only took a couple of minutes. And, I don't have front sensors as mentioned. So, there was nothing that needed to be done!
Here's where I have some issues with the Service Department over-all. The waiting room is in serious need of updating. In the first stall of the computer desk area, the electrical outlet is hanging loose from the wall with electrical wires exposed. Serious safety issue! The general furnishings are quite old and the generally area looks unclean. I don't think I am nit picking, it really could use some updating, maybe some new paint and provide some more refreshments other than coffee out of a machine that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time and just bottled water. I realize Arapahoe Hyundai is extremely short on space, but the service waiting area is very small and feels cramped and depressing.
Finally, upon getting ready to leave the service area with my car, I just happened to notice that my brand new left rear tire had a big screw lodged into it. I got Jordan and asked him to look at it, witch he did. He got some tools and was able to back out the screw. It was longer than we had hoped, but it entered the tire in such a way that it seems it did not puncture the tire deep enough to cause a leak. Jordan sprayed the tire with some foam to check for a leak. We could not see any leaking at that time. I am most upset that I have a brand new vehicle, now with a new tire that might begin to leak in the near future and leave me, or my wife, stranded on the side of the road at some point. It will take me some time before I trust the tire. Furthermore, upon driving out of the service area, I had to dodge two more screws in the path leading up to the front of the dealership. It appeared to me the entire drive path could use a good policing of screws and other foreign objects.
In closing, I received excellent care from Jordan and a couple of other service representatives/technicians. I did not get their names. My over-all remarks have to do with the general cleanliness of the service waiting area, electrical outlet not being safely attached to the wall and picking up a large screw in my brand new tire. Seriously, the Service waiting area is simply depressing. I will considering taking my new vehicle to McDonald Hyundai next time for any service or warranty needs.

No pressure; they're there to help. This is our second buy in 4 months. Very happy with their suggestions and knowledge about what's necessary and what's not. Josh Shepherd bent over backwards to make the experience the best it could be. Marcus Zeigler made certain all the financing was done correctly including the sales tax.

Recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Accent and couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. The sales person was fun to work with and very personable. We found a few cars to look at and in no time at all I found what I wanted. Because there was no high pressure and my needs to listened to it was easy as pie.. I purchased a car there before and I dare say I'll be buying there again in the future.

VIP Customer Care - Lily Richardson
After 11 years of driving the same car, it was time to seek out a new vehicle. I was directed to go to one of Mr McDonald's car lot, so I happened to stop in the Hyundai dealership. There I met Brandon West, who was very patient in helping me to narrow down my options for my next vehicle. I received VIP customer care from beginning to end. It was a great experience!
Great People, Easy to Work With - Anthony D Southcotte
I went to Stevinson Hyundai to look at a truck that was posted online. I had been looking at rangers like this for quite some time and was pleased with the condition of the vehicle and the care that Chris Tracey took in brokering the deal I got. Extremely happy with these guys. I got the deal I wanted for the price I wanted. I'll definitely look to them for my next car purchase.

Outstanding customer service - Grandma buys new car
My experience with Phil Long Hyundai of Motor City was outstanding. Stan was the best, made sure to take his time and explain the various options available to me. He showed me each of the buttons, dials, and knobs and how each worked. Stan was also very helpful in assisting me with choosing the best financing options available. He also made me promise to call him at any time if I had any questions about the operation of the vehicle. He also told me to stop by at any time and he would make sure my car obtained a free car wash! I look forward to working with Stan when it is time to buy my grandson his first vehicle.

Our blue Ioniq - piadenz
We got exactly the car we wanted. We didn't feel pressured. The process was very quick, but we also had very specific wishes, so it worked out pleasantly.
Purchased an Ioniq - Ioniq buyer
Arthur and Emily were great to work with. They remembered our names each time we visited and answered all the questions in a friendly, respectful, and no-pressure way. They made the process easy and stress-free. I would definitely refer friends and family to them.
This was a much better experience than i had at another Hyundai dealer in the area, I visited them and was thoroughly turned off to them. Their sales associate couldn't answer even the most basic questions I had, struggled to find the car on their lot, and couldn't remember my name.
It was very disappointing, especially after having visited with Arthur and Emily and experiencing the high level of courtesy and professionalism they provided. And that is why I bought this car from Arthur and Emily.

My First Hyundai Experience - JKF222
We had been looking for a basic model car to commute to work and share with my son. We found the car on the internet (with a manual transmission) and went down to see it at Crossroads Hyundai. Our sales consultant, Chandler Maas, had the car ready to drive when we got there. The car met our expectations and Chandler worked to get us all the possible rebates. We easily settled on price and completed the sale in a smooth efficient manner. The overall purchasing experience was honest, straight forward and low (sales) pressure. That's exactly how it should be done.
Awesome experience - debbie123
Buying or leasing a car is a big deal. My Sales person, David, made the experience enjoyable. He addressed all concerns and was very helpful. I recommend all to work with him.
Got oil change, ended up with oil spots - Filament
I took my 2017 Elantra in for its maintenance. The service department gnarled up the oil plug gasket. On top of it they informed me that they were no longer honoring our paid for service agreement and will give me 2 complimentary services. I have since contacted the loan agency and they have said it’s not going to change how much I pay just how long I pay but I must jump through a bunch of hoops to do anything. I’ve kept to my end of the deal by paying the loan even when I’m unemployed they need to keep to their end of the deal. This is completely unacceptable as I bought the car with this confidence that my car would remain maintained even in tough time and right when times get tough the dealership spits in my face adding stress to my already stressful situation.
