I recently brought my 2018 Hyundai Tucson in for an engine issue and had an outstanding experience working with Thomas Cottingham. From the beginning, Thomas took the time to listen to the problem, clearly explained what he thought the next steps should be, and then followed through and got the problem solved. What really stood out was his communication. He constantly kept me informed about what was happening with the vehicle, and even offered me a loaner while it was being taken care of. Thomas has a great attitude, is confident and professional, and is simply someone who gets things done. His customer service and ability to communicate with customers are exceptional. This was the best service experience I have received from a car dealership. The service department is trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable. I feel secure knowing that my service advisor, Russ, will always have my best interests in mind. He never fails to make sure my questions are answered thoroughly, even when I challenge, he is so transparent that he will let me watch them pull parts, if I ask. He never gets upset about it and always ensures me that I am not a pain, which I can admit, I sometimes am a pain! I will only trust him and this dealership with my car.

The service center went above and beyond when they found out my car would take longer than expected to get finished. They offered me a rental car until service was completed the next day. From the moment my husband and I arrived, he was extremely patient, personable and knowledgeable He took the time to explain everything to us clearly and made sure we understood each step of the process. We had a lot of questions and were trying to to get the best posible deal. We never felt rushed or pressured, and that made us feel very confident on our choice of car. What really stood out to me was when we needed to go back home to get some paperwork and bring our trade in. Ricardo was kind enough to wait for us and was completely understanding. That meant a lot to us and showed how much he genuinely cared about helping us. We truly felt respected, valued, and taken care of throughout the entire experience. Ricardo went above and beyond to make this experience stress free. Car buying can be intimidating and stressful but he made it very easy. Great service at this location. The service department folks were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my service and found quite a few issues. Not surprising I have had it since 2014. However they found many issues still covered by warranty which they pointed out and the few I had left they quickly got the parts, completed the work and had ne on my way. All in all a great experience which sometimes is unusual in this day and age. I will certainly utilize them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great Job team.

All experience buying and service here has been poor. I waited 3 hours to get an oil change. They lied to me about my buying deal and I didn’t catch it until the deal was made. They would not make it good. I’d never go to this dealer again.

Got oil change, ended up with oil spots - Filament

I took my 2017 Elantra in for its maintenance. The service department gnarled up the oil plug gasket. On top of it they informed me that they were no longer honoring our paid for service agreement and will give me 2 complimentary services. I have since contacted the loan agency and they have said it’s not going to change how much I pay just how long I pay but I must jump through a bunch of hoops to do anything. I’ve kept to my end of the deal by paying the loan even when I’m unemployed they need to keep to their end of the deal. This is completely unacceptable as I bought the car with this confidence that my car would remain maintained even in tough time and right when times get tough the dealership spits in my face adding stress to my already stressful situation.
