When we first go to the dealership Nadine met us first. She found the Truck we saw online and had it brought to us. She was amazing and so welcoming and sweet. The salesman was with another customer so she got us started and on our test drive. When we got back she introduced us to Bobby. Bobby is from Romania, him and my husband bonded over international travel and he was so freaking nice!!! We talked about my cars trade in value and Bobby brought Scott over who was equally as awesome as Bobby and Nadine. We were three for three on awesome sales people who were genuine and fun, and pleasant people. I’ve dealt with many dealerships, usually xxxxxxx, not here. This was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered in my life. We drove 70 miles from north east Denver to Colorado Springs to see a specific truck, and we were met with people I wanted to go out for a drink with after. If you are looking for. New or used vehicle, ask for the three musketeers, Nadine, Bobby and Scott. I’m not even lying, best service I’ve ever had looking and buying a vehicle.

A bunch of xxxxxxxx, con artists, and sexually harassment immoral dealership and the workers there! We bought a car there earlier this year in the month of August, more over to the end of August but that's irrelevant. When we got there I already knew we were getting pressured into buying a car from the salesman to the finance manager. They say they can help anybody with any type of credit situation NO THEY CAN NOT! While we were there we were checking out cars and found a nice Hyundai Spot Turbo that we liked, so we said ok, lets try our credit separately and together to see if we get approved, we were there for 8+ hours to speak of that day taking up to 30 HARD HITS on both of our credit reports, the financial manager obviously did not know what he was doing, speaking rude to us the whole time, con us into staying of a promise to get the car and keep it, very disrespectful he was, no manners. Also while we were there we saw employees smacking each others butts which is rude and unprofessional. So long story short after all the madness and the rude staff sexually harassing each other we finally got the car. Little did I know days later the xxxxxxx finance manager calls me and said they need the car back because I quit my job to move onto a better job, we weren't ready to give it up yet so we had to see if anyone of our close friends could be a co borrower. Little did we know again the finance manager LIED about ever running their credit report and just caused more chaos and heartache then we could ever imagine. In the end we just ended up giving the car back to the lemon dealership. As of today we called to speak to someone higher than those xxxxxxxx finance managers, and his name was STEVE that we talked to. He told us that HE WOULD NEVER SELL US A CAR TO SAVE THEIR LIFE while being rude and yelling through the phone. They said they didn't want to do business with us anymore, and he said that it was none of our business that sexual harassment was going on, WOW what a unprofessional xxxxxxx! I WOULD NOT EVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
Didn't prepare paperwork - wasted time at dealer - coscooper
Unfortunately, we've had two bad experiences with this dealership. One when we leased the 2017 Tucson brand new and when we returned the lease and decided to purchase it with cash. We simply asked for paperwork to be prepared ahead of our appointment. Everything that was asked ahead of time was provided via email. When we arrived, we wasted an hour in their showroom as we waited for "paper work" to be prepared. They did NOT respect our requests considering the current health situation, this is unacceptable. Find another low touch dealer!

To say that our experience here was disappointing would be an understatement. We purchased a used car from Hyundai Crossroads, it is a used vehicle so we had expected to be fixing stuff. Our salesman was absolutely awesome his name is Michael. Well anyways before we got to our home in Greeley the tire monitoring system light came on. 7 days later I was driving on the highway and lost steering capabilities. I was able to get my car to my grandmother's house. I kept trying to get ahold of the dealership to see if there was any kind of warranty after leaving voicemails for two days and not getting any calls back my husband and I went into the building during this visit two salesmen Tyler and Michael said they would check to see if it was covered... Come back and say it's covered. So we walked over to schedule appointment the service guy was so rude and condescending. Saying it's not under warranty. So my husband asked how is it the salesmen tell us different..... Then we went and got Michael , he came and personally spoke with the service guy and then the service guy said oh yes now I understand. We were okay paying for a fix but if it wasn't covered we were just going to have our own mechanic fix it. So taking the three of them by their words we had it towed to the shop.... Once again sat there for two days , get a call that it isn't covered so again my husband goes in. Michael was not there but Tyler and serviceman were, both denied ever telling us that it was covered, which is outright lie Michael literally said twice "so it'll be no cost to you, no worries" Like I said we were fine paying but the rudeness and disrespect and outright lying shows they have a severe lack of integrity at this facility. I would not recommend them and we ended up having our car towed from their facility to another mechanic because I don't want my money going towards a business so corrupt and willing to screw people dying times like this. So unfortunate because there are a couple helpful people there Michael and Clinton helped alot. Left a message for the general manager but I doubt I will hear back. I would say this is an undercover bate and switch dealership.

Got oil change, ended up with oil spots - Filament
I took my 2017 Elantra in for its maintenance. The service department gnarled up the oil plug gasket. On top of it they informed me that they were no longer honoring our paid for service agreement and will give me 2 complimentary services. I have since contacted the loan agency and they have said it’s not going to change how much I pay just how long I pay but I must jump through a bunch of hoops to do anything. I’ve kept to my end of the deal by paying the loan even when I’m unemployed they need to keep to their end of the deal. This is completely unacceptable as I bought the car with this confidence that my car would remain maintained even in tough time and right when times get tough the dealership spits in my face adding stress to my already stressful situation.
