Salesman, Moses Solomon was very helpful, polite, informed, and guided us through the salesmanship very well.. He was able to come to our home and provide us with a test drive of the vehicle we purchased. Which was very helpful since we are both older. We felt very comfortable with him and would in the future more than likely work with him again. We feel we would without hesitation recommend Mr. Solomon to other people or future buyers. He was also instrumental in making sure that we understood all the features this car had to offer. Mr. Solomon also referred us to the Genesis representative Ash, for review of all the features within The Genesis. Mr. Ash did a very good job however there was so much information we may need to go back for another review.

Just received a text, not a call or letter, informing me I owe additional money because the finance paperwork was incorrectly filled out..... 3 months ago. So unprofessional and rude and informed me I shouldnt be upset and this happens occasionally. The blame then turned to the credit union, who have been nothing but great, and it is NOT their fault. They finance what the dealer enters in the system, so good try Cameron, blame placing is a terrible flaw. I filed a case with state of CO for unfair business practices and complaining to the local dealership. Try harder, this isnt a way to get a customer to come back. Try approaching me via other methods to tell me I owe 4800 more dollars. No thanks. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Where do I start 1 star is too many stars for how terrible this dealerships service department is I had a warranty and they fixed my car a year ago with a used motor they picked with higher miles then what is reported on my odometer the motor blew again they took it in a month ago and played the staying away game they implied once dropped off that it was not scheduled and then after 3 weeks they stated they will not replace it because the intake that the motor they put in was a after market intake and stated the screws holding the intake are not original so I complained and they said they will file another claim and they just called me and stated they will not do the repair because our warranty is expired they waited till it was expired to tell me that and will not fix it I’ve had it over a month there and they decline the claim on the 2nd motor they put in it.

Ridiculously slow. I took my car in for a check up because I had some concerns. It took them over 3 hours to finish. I did not even have any work done, they just looked at it. And it took over 3 hours. The only redeeming factor is that the gentleman behind the service counter had excellent customer service. I do not think I will be going back here. I’ll give my business to a place that values my time.

I took my 2017 Elantra in for its maintenance. The service department gnarled up the oil plug gasket. On top of it they informed me that they were no longer honoring our paid for service agreement and will give me 2 complimentary services. I have since contacted the loan agency and they have said it’s not going to change how much I pay just how long I pay but I must jump through a bunch of hoops to do anything. I’ve kept to my end of the deal by paying the loan even when I’m unemployed they need to keep to their end of the deal. This is completely unacceptable as I bought the car with this confidence that my car would remain maintained even in tough time and right when times get tough the dealership spits in my face adding stress to my already stressful situation.
