Wes Tabor is a joke. Doesn't know what he's doing, seems like he like he throws darts at numbers and hole that it sticks. He doesn't know anything about the cars he sells. I've worked with Marcus in the past and he really took care of my family and I and he's very knowledgeable. My salesmen Josh and Justin know what they are doing and seemed to know more than Wes. I will not come back to Hyundai of Greeley while Wes is there regardless if I work with Marcus/ Josh/Justin

He showed me exactly what I was looking for.........................long story short I was also shown "other" options I had that could be in my price range/monthly payment. However they were not pushy about it, I was eventually left to make my OWN decision. Unlike some car sales persons that try to talk/bully you into something you can't afford or don't want! The lady in finance was very patience and helpful (sorry I can't remember her name). Roman R. and Shawn C. were a great team! If you notice I rated the "price" four stars. Who doesn't want a better deal?!

Just wanted to let you know that Severt is AMAZING! My wife and myself met Severt June of last year when the hail storm hit the Springs, honestly we met him by chance. We were across the street looking at some used vehicles but got no attention from their sales team, we walked across the street for a quick look to see what Phil Long Hyundai had. Severt came up to us and was extremely helpful in trying to find me a vehicle. He got me into a 2018 Sonata SEL, he did such a great job that when it was time for USAA to take away my wifes vehicle we came right back to him and not only found my wife the dream car she has always wanted (2019 Veloster Turbo Ultimate). He was amazing from the start, not pushy like other salesman. When it was time for us to get a truck, he was the only person I reached out to, He found me a hidden gem. He asked exactly what I was looking for, I gave him everything and he was on top of it. He found me a 2005 Toyota Tundra, I asked for the perfect "work truck" and he delivered. Sir I just wanted to let you know that you got an "Ace" in your deck and I felt that you should know that. Be careful of any promises - MoFan
We bought a car without a spare. Despite multiple oral promises that we would be given a spare, they have not provided one. My 19 year old son signed an agreement that says "Vehicle sold as equipped. Nothing else promised". Obviously, my son should not have signed this, but they purposefully wrote this and took advantage of a young man excited about getting his first car. I personally witnessed the promise. Read everything very carefully and don't trust anything they say verbally.
Got oil change, ended up with oil spots - Filament
I took my 2017 Elantra in for its maintenance. The service department gnarled up the oil plug gasket. On top of it they informed me that they were no longer honoring our paid for service agreement and will give me 2 complimentary services. I have since contacted the loan agency and they have said it’s not going to change how much I pay just how long I pay but I must jump through a bunch of hoops to do anything. I’ve kept to my end of the deal by paying the loan even when I’m unemployed they need to keep to their end of the deal. This is completely unacceptable as I bought the car with this confidence that my car would remain maintained even in tough time and right when times get tough the dealership spits in my face adding stress to my already stressful situation.
