I can’t speak on the sales department, but the service department, (I mean, I never thought they would one up the quality of service I received from them, the last time i had my truck in there). This time in, Ms Ashley was my rep/liaison. After the initial “welcome to Dayton Andrews, have been helped or checked in yet”(less than a minute after I pulled in), I explained everything that was happening, along with a safety recall issue notice, she just said, this might take a while, and we’re probably gonna keep it over night, depending on the diagnostics, so to be safe, let me get you into a rental and get you out of here as fast as possible”. As I was waiting In the lounge area, not more than 10 min. Ashley walks up to me and says my rides here to take me to get my rental. She handed me the paperwork and I was out the door… (MIND BLOWN) That’s just the beginning… Ashley was so on it with the communication, updates on the truck while it was being serviced. It took the stress of my mind. And lastly, it was one of those busy work days for me and even though I was notified my truck was ready for pick up around 11:00am, I wasn’t able to get there until about 6pm, and they close at 5:30! She was there, patiently waiting and not mad about it. I mean come on, how often do you see a person stay late for a customer they don’t even know, to make sure they get their vehicle back. Alfa Romeo Stelvio - Dutchman

We just leased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio at this dealership and our experience was great. We had made an appointment for a test ride and upon arrival we were greeted in a very friendly way by Julian our sales consultant and the car was ready to go. Going into the sale process after our test ride was also a great experience because they made the process very easy. We told them what we were looking for and after some negotiations we came to a deal that we felt happy with ( this certainly hasn’t always been the case with previous purchases at other dealerships before!). All in all this was a very low pressure experience at a dealership that seems to take great pride in customer service. We would highly recommend this dealership.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. There were no issues with my vehicle when I brought it in for an oil change. While servicing, the tech rolled down my window and couldn't get it to roll back up. They manually pushed it up and acted like it was no big deal, but while driving it started to fall back down and will not close. They now want to charge me over $600 to fix an issue that they created, and unwilling to offer any discount or consideration. Fiat has a known issue with window regulator and I have already had to have this part replaced on multiple occasions, always at the dealership, to the point where I never roll my window down because this can happen. When I brought the vehicle back to address the window, the person completing intake also mentioned this is a known issue and he would never roll down the window of a fiat. If this is a known issue, why did they roll down the window and then refuse accountability for their actions? I was told due to tight quarters the have to roll down the window to ensure they get it onto the lift with no issues, but this was the passenger window and clearly there are ways around this - have someone watch from the outside. They knew this is an issue and did it anyway. Guess they were looking for a reason to find something to charge for. I had already prepaid for next year's oil changes but will not be returning despite their refusal to refund this as well.

It has been 14 days and the service department has not seen my car. They don't pick up the phone or respond to any calls for an update. Service is horrible. I wouldn't bring my car here ever again.

I came here and was negotiating on a car but they wouldn’t come to my price I was with my 86 yr old mom.all of a sudden a tall man that worked in finance ran over to the table we where at slammed his fist on the table and yelled for us to leave because I would not buy at price I was quoted.the man was violently yelling.i would never recommend this place to anyone ever
