Just bought a BMW X5 from Porsche Orlando, and the whole experience was honestly great. Even though I wasn’t buying a Porsche, they still treated me like I was picking up something way more exotic. Big shout-out to Miguel — he made the whole process super easy. He was straightforward, helpful, and actually listened to what I was looking for. No pressure or games, just solid service and communication from start to finish. And I’ve gotta mention Evee at the front desk. I accidentally left my phone there, and she went out of her way to make sure I got it back. Super friendly and really on top of things. The X5 was exactly as described, super clean, and the pickup was quick and painless. Overall, one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. If you’re car shopping in Orlando, definitely check out Porsche Orlando and ask for Miguel — and say hi to Evee too.

The team was responsive and worked with my needs and budget. I highly recommend you select Preston—he’s the new generation of sales and makes buying a vehicle a pleasure. If I could give any feedback it would be in finance. It would be better to communicate that you do not have to buy gap or add an additional warranty. You have the option to decline. If I didn’t know that going in, I may have gotten trapped into something I didn’t need.

Can’t say enough good words about Porsche Naples and the team I worked with on the recent purchase on my new to me Turbo S!! Called George Rakowski and inquired about a car I saw online. He was extremely knowledgeable on their recent trade and went out to FaceTime with me to go over the vehicle, since I live around 1.5 hours away. After very minimal back and forth with him and the sales manager we agreed on a good price for both parties. Went down the next day to see the car and complete the paperwork. Everything was ready and I was introduced to Noor to pay and finish the deal. She was INCREDIBLE as well!! Friendly, knowledgeable and well prepared to get me in and out! Never rushed and extremely detailed. Do not hesitate in buying your next car from them and ask for George!!

Took my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera to Porsche Tampa today for my one year service. My service advisor, Mike Deleon, greeted me and explained the service and inspections that would be completed. I toured their new building, new service bays, sales showroom, plush waiting areas and an indoor showroom of new and resale vehicles on the second level, ultra modern all the way. I also spoke with my sales person, Robert Kearney, the individual responsible for helping me with my first Porsche purchase. The service work was completed in less time than indicated. Mike went over everything that was done and the additional items that would be serviced next year. I was also helped by Eric Kozula with some technical issues I had questions about. Even though the dealership was quite busy, Eric took the time to solve my questions. I have nothing but admiration for everyone at this dealership.
