Can’t say enough good words about Porsche Naples and the team I worked with on the recent purchase on my new to me Turbo S!! Called George Rakowski and inquired about a car I saw online. He was extremely knowledgeable on their recent trade and went out to FaceTime with me to go over the vehicle, since I live around 1.5 hours away. After very minimal back and forth with him and the sales manager we agreed on a good price for both parties. Went down the next day to see the car and complete the paperwork. Everything was ready and I was introduced to Noor to pay and finish the deal. She was INCREDIBLE as well!! Friendly, knowledgeable and well prepared to get me in and out! Never rushed and extremely detailed. Do not hesitate in buying your next car from them and ask for George!!

Rony made the whole process easy. No pressure, no games, just straightforward and responsive from start to finish. He worked with us on a great deal for a low mileage CPO Macan (he even remembered the owner) and we were able to go from first contact to driving it home in basically a day. He also followed through on everything he said he would, including taking care of a couple cosmetic items and great detailing at the shop days after purchase. In other words - professionals. In the end we were unable to make a deal, but both sides had valid reasons for holding their ground. The dealership has an incredible selection of vehicles, a state-of-the-art facility, and is definitely a go to destination for everything Porsche.

I bought a vehicle from there recently it was a BMW M340i with one owner super clean everything seemed fine till once i got the vehicle i instantly took it to a BMW dealership to get a Multi- point inspections after being told it was already inspected everything was good no issues the first thing i seen when i received the car was battery was low then a day after noticed it not blowing hot air for the driver side ends up need a HVAC new motor driver side flap was completely broken off and needs a new auxiliary battery with all the labor for those parts and misc. it cost $7000+ and i contacted them the sales person who sold me the vehicle about it said they'd let me know tomorrow on the issue i got never contacted me back been calling reaching out and getting completely ignored on a non disclosed issue that cost a lot of money good thing there's consumer protection so hopefully they read this and see if we can fix the issue soon before i have to more forward and give myself a headache to get this car taken of because I'm not going to be paying for it, its wrong and needs to be fixed I'm tired of being ignored I've waited two weeks on this issue.

Untrustworthy and Incompetent Service! I had one of the worst experiences ever at Porsche of Melbourne. While visiting family in the area, I heard a noise coming from one of my wheels and brought my car in to have it checked. They told me they couldn’t hear anything wrong with the wheel but claimed I had an oil leak—which didn’t make sense, as I had never seen a low oil warning on my car. Still, I trusted their diagnosis and paid $4,500 for the repair. On my way back to Miami, I immediately got a warning that the car was out of oil. When I called, Amy told me to “just add oil until you can get back to us.” I drove all the way back to Melbourne, where they took my car for only 30 minutes—no lift, no plates removed—just topped it off with oil and sent me off again. Two days later, it was leaking oil again! When I called back, they refused to take responsibility or offer further help. I’ve since gone to another Porsche dealership for a second opinion. I’ve never dealt with a service department so careless and unwilling to make things right. Completely untrustworthy experience.
