Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Rod Dandy reached out to me immediately following my inquiry and provided exceptional customer service. He was extremely responsive to any and all questions and went the extra mile. Rod ensured the vehicle was ready for a test drive upon my arrival and even came in on his regularly scheduled day off. Rod was upfront with all the pricing and there were no hidden fees or surprises. The financing process was also amazing and the smoothest I've ever experienced out of at least a dozen auto purchases. When I returned to pick up the vehicle Rod once again had it ready to go and he went above and beyond again to make sure he gave it the white glove treatment. Rod is a phenomenal person and will be my go-to auto dealer for all future purchases. I highly recommend Land Rover Tampa and Rod Dandy!!

I have known Guy for over 10 years and I have purchased 3 cars from his company in a time of need he helped me out a lot by allowing me to do what he calls pick up payments this allowed me to get the car and pay the deposit every two weeks and until paid in full then you start your payments Guy can be hard sometimes but this is his business and sometimes you have to show tough love but if you tell him that there's something wrong with your car he will fix it with no problem I've never had a car that needed anything major oil change, maybe

I want to thank Marc ( GM) and the team at Presidential Auto for Marc's immediate response to my website inquiry (on a Sunday), calling me the next day as I requested and the best hospitality extended to my wife and i (+ our puppy : ), when we drove 200 miles to test drive the rare Porsche 911 i wanted to see. I was unable to purchase a vehicle from Pedro 4 yrs a ago. I was so impressed with him I told a friend, who had a bad experience at another local Subaru dealer, to go and see Pedro. My Friend bought a car from Pedro. Recently that same friend decided to see if it was worth it to upgrade to a newer model from his 2022 Subaru crosstrek sport. He would have done the deal with Pedro if he hadn't had a car accident. He still made the purchase at Coconut Creek Subaru. 2 weeks ago I traded in my 2019 cross trek premium and finally made a purchase with Pedro. I have a 2025 Crosstrek sport at a interest rate I can manage for a period of time that I wanted. The staff have been great, the sales process was painless. The pricing was straight forward. Not a lot of back and forth with a faceless manager. If anyone asks me where to but a Subaru, I'm telling them go to Coconut Creek and see Pedro.

They made it so easy for me to get the keys and drive away with a great payment, a warranty with Dodge, insurance and assurance that they were there for me if I needed anything. I appreciate him being accessible to customers. Shows that he cares. Both advisors are great but my big shout-out goes to Michelle. She is so personable, explains things very well, and has the patience of a saint as I observed her talking to a few more difficult customers. She even checked on how I was doing if I needed anything. I think I saw more technicians than every before, and they weren't just standing around but actively working!! I will be back and I will bring others as well.
