This dealership is awesome…especially Geoffrey Randall. I traded in a 2021 Tahoe Z71 on February 14 for an LT that came with a lot of standard features but gold emblems and too much chrome and 2 wheel drive. Within 36 hours I didn’t like it, and knew I didn’t want it. Thus began our continued journey in finding what I wanted. It took a few weeks; but I was honest and told Mr. Randall what I wanted. 2 and a half months later he called to let me know they were getting an all white Tahoe Z71 with NO chrome, and it was mine if I wanted it. And of course I did! All the trimming is black with black leather interior. All the emblems are black. And it even has TVs. Also, Charlie in finance, was very easy to work with. I’ve even taken my daughter there for a trade in and she’s satisfied. Steve Rayman came through for me.

I had a fabulous experience getting my Telluride’s 45K Service. Dropped my car off the afternoon before and it was ready the next morning. Chelsea was great to work with and very professional. I recently had 2 bad service visits with Son’s Kia in McDonough and I vowed to never return so I am glad I found Hutchinson even if it 45 minutes away. Thank you Chelsea. I would suggest that the sales team do a better job of coordinating their follow-up calls. I must of had 5 calls offering to give me an estimate to trade/purchase my Telluride. They were polite and not overly pushy..

I worked with Zach Hamby in the service department for two new front tires and alignment service. Mr. Hamby was excellent throughout the process. When I called the dealer to arrange service, Mr. Hamby was great about communicating, aided in a price match for the tires themselves, thoroughly described what the dealership would do, made sure I knew the timeline for ordering the tires, and was great at the dealership when we dropped off the car. Overall, I was extremely pleased with his handling my service needs and his professionalism.
