They advertised a 2021 Acura A-Spec. I contacted them and asked for a bill of sale so I can secure my financing before coming out there, as I live 5 hours away. I read their bad reviews of being told once a person comes out to the dealer, they change the price. I asked for a bill of sale and they said they cannot take a deposit. I only wanted out the door numbers on their advertised price, but they asked for my contact number. I gave it to them and over the past 2 days someone has called me from that number and hung up. I am in sales too, so what that person is probably doing is making the call so that it shows that it was made for tracking purposes. Moreover, the lack of transparency has led me to purchase from another dealer. I would not recommend them at all and I would recommend getting a bill of sale before even coming out, because if you don't you can drive out there and have different numbers presented to you.

Brought the car in due to recurring problems with the steering, after having the steering worked on twice unsatisfactorily by a Goodyear repair shop. After a short wait we were invited into the office of Carlos Rangel, who listened carefully as we explained the entire history of the steering problems, and the previous unsuccessful and redundant repair attempts by others. When we were done Carlos arranged a ride home for us. The next day we received an email detailing the results of their inspection, diagnosis, and cost estimate, complete with a video of the car up on the lift with technician Ignacio B. pointing out the sources of fluid leakage and other damaged parts. Carlos called to discuss the options of doing the repairs with cheaper but more readily available aftermarket parts versus having a longer wait for original manufacturer’s parts, which might take two months or more to arrive. After considering overnight whether to get the 19-year-old car repaired at all, we called back the next day and told them to go ahead and order the better quality parts. Not expecting a status update for at least a month, we were delighted to hear from Carlos after only three weeks with the news that the parts had arrived and Ignacio would have it fixed and test-driven in a day or two. The service was excellent all around, and now we hope to keep driving it another two or three years. I will return to McGrath Acura for any future work.

The best customer service from sales to management! I have to say some people should really keep their reviews about the topic. Car buying experience! Some cheap man on here writing about a stolen $500 item that he probably never had! Like who leaves an expensive item in the car? I hate to see someone writing wrong things on reviews especially it seems pretty racist like he’s profiling a manager at the dealership. What is wrong with you? Anyways buy a car from here you won’t be dissatisfied!
