Prior to making my purchase at McGrath which was further away from the two Acura dealers near my home Jazz was the most persistent and accurate with her numbers. The experience I received from the other two dealerships was not able to obtain my business. Jazz followed up and made sure she was able to obtain my business compared to other dealers who didn’t seem to be as agreesive “in a good way”. It was 5:15pm and I live a 1 hour away and Jazz said don’t worry even though we close at 6 we will wait till your here. Most the staff was still working past closing to ensure all their customers were taken care of. I haven’t seen that at any other dealership I’ve bought cars from. The management really has modeled their business for success. I would highly recommend McGrath Acura of Morton’s a Grove!

Alyssa paired me up with LG Sears to show me the inventory that only I had wanted to see. LG was very down to earth and listened to my situation. He understood how I felt about my requests and rather be a "Salesman". LG was more of a consultant. He gave me the confidence and reassurance that Joe Rizza Acura can help me. Overall MCGRATH ACURA is the BEST hands down. My Expierence started with Salesman Jeremy Walton. I was unsure about my purchase in the beginning and he constantly worked with me to truly narrow down my needs in a car/suv.
