We are in our 70s and 80s. We have always been 2-3 vehicle owners at a time. Experienced countless trade-in and new purchase vehicle deals. Working with Brian Wingert was the BEST experience we have ever had trading vehicles with any dealership. First time we felt the salesman was truly trying to meet our needs rather than talking us into a deal. Brian listened tentatively and answered every question we had and even did deeper research on the vehicle we were interested in. As long as Brian is at Napletons, we will go there first for any vehicle needs.

I worked with Mike and he was great. He was very friendly and willing to work with me over the phone and via email as we live fare away. He sent me a breakdown of the truck at the "out the door' price so there would be no hidden fees pop up and I could see if I wanted to make the trip. Ultimaltey, we bought a truck somewhere else, not because of Mike and or the dealership, we simply found a truck that matched what we wanted more than the one they had listed.

I searched the internet for six weeks to find, within a 500 mile radius of our home, the used Jaguar XF that my wife wanted. My search led me to Max Madsen's Mitsubishi where I found not only the vehicle she wanted, but also a great sales staff. Jorge and Brad were very informative and helpful in completing the sale.
My wife and I flew into O'Hare Airport, from Michigan, on a Saturday morning and were greeted by Cory , a Max Madsen porter, who drove us to the dealership in Aurora. This courtesy was facilitated by Brad and Jorge.
Our entire purchasing experience at this dealership was indeed a pleasure. The light counter top snacks were great also (smile).

Hiding Car Defects - Mazen
I went to buy a used 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. The sale representative said it is a good car ready to go and inspected by the dealer mechanic. When I wanted to test drive the car, First the car did not start, and that is why I saw the car running before even I arrived to the dealer, so the Battery is dead or the Alternator is not working. Second the ASC system service required sign turned on. Third; when I turned the AC on, the compressor was going on and off. So I was totally disappointed and just got out of the car because I already wasted time jumping the car at the beginning. The problem is they are Mitsubishi Dealer. I personally will never trust them anymore.

I believe the review written by will t posted here to be written by one of the salesmen at GRAND MITSUBISHI by the name of Bill T. (will t) wrote it. And should not be allowed, it is against your terms of service rules for someone working at the dealership to write their own review using dealership internet connection, not only did they scam my mother in law, now they are scamming the internet review of their dealership.This place takes the cake all the way around. The reason I'm saying this review is a scam is because I informed that owner how HORRIBLE their internet rating was and instantly that review was put out there. I would appreciate Dealer Rater looking into this and removing their scam review of themselves.

I was wait more then 24 hours for info about my car.(never happen before). then he hang up on me when i was try get some info how long my car going to be in the shop . car was under factory warranty but he was try charge me for some things. i have extended warranty . i rate them today very bad in all categories most because of service
